Ilbs Very poor hospital.. Petient ko emergency me admit kiya 24 hours m petient ka treatment incomplete hua tests ki report up down aayi.. Day shift emergency me senior Dr. Rahul bolte h inko admitted krenge inko stable krenge subha bolte hai ews category me bed nahi h inko aims/Rml/safdarajang/gb pant hospital me khi bhi refer kro jabki petient ki haalat stable nhi hai.. Aims me emergency me poore din khdey rehne ke baad number aaya wahan ke Dr bhi bolte h bed nhi hai jabki (CKD) Kidney ka petient hai koi responsibility nahi leta hai. petient ka canula neck aur hand ka aims me niklwaya hai request karke.. Uske baad bed nhi hone ke karan 2-3 hospital m dhakke khane k baad petient ko ghar le aate hai hum.. RMO CMO sab ko complaint karke koi fayeda, nhi hai ilbs me bhi aims me bhi RML me bhi ek dusre ke upar blame karte h sab.. Ilbs me jitne pese me aag laga lo koi treatment nhi hai incomplete treatment hai 1-2 months ki appointment ki date milne ke baad bhi.. Emergency ke baad ward m shift kiya jata hai petient jab stable nhi hota h toh yeh sidha refer karte h bina bed diye bolte h khi bhi private me dikhao toh liver ka kesa hospital h fir yeh top ranking ka poor hospital hai yeh.. Humare petient ko liver ki problem h fir bhi nhi dekha inhone incomplete treatment hua sab tests ki report aane k baad bhi koi treatment nahi ache se very poor hospital ilbs.. RMO / CMO Aap resign lelo ilbs ke board pr aapka complaint number room number sirf formality k liye lga rakha hai..petient tumhare liye khilona (toy) hai..
ILBS = Institute of Lie and Betrayal Science. Nothing more than money making institution. My patient admitted here for 7 days and each day undergone multiple unnecessary tests including various blood tests, CT Scan, MRI, MRCP, Liver Biopsy and charged a lot. Still at the end of day 7, senior doctor told me that I am not sure about the diagnosis even after charging lakhs of amount. Also, I discussed with various patient in the ward and all were disappointed and told me that unnecessary treatment, unnecessary tests and unnecessary tantrums are being carried out. I saw many patients during those 7 days that they came in good condition and after 7-8 days they are in worsen condition and took voluntary discharge. My patient's case was just a normal case and having SGPT of 235 and SGOT was 171 and nothing else. And just because of this he charged me lakhs of rupees in unnecessary tests and tantrum. Never go there because if u r good now, they plan for future problem so that you got into their trap. 3rd class hospital. Ye log insaan ko insaan nahi samajhte sirf selling unit samajhte.
Ayushman Bharat for ilbs mujhe bahut achha lga aur staff bhi acche se baat krte h tx cmo amitez sir aur Rha brushlee sir
When patient pay high fee for everything, they expect some decency from hospital , Manners, systems and response needs to be treated here..... Some doctors and staff here are very arrogant.....never going to visit again....
I had an absolutely terrible experience with this hospital, and I strongly advise others—especially those with elderly relatives—not to trust their care here. 1. TPA Department: The staff handling insurance (TPA department) are completely unprofessional and uninformed. Despite working in specific departments, they have no clue about basic procedures. Their incompetence caused unnecessary delays and stress. Security Guards: The guards are rude and disrespectful. They treat visitors and even those accompanying patients poorly, showing no empathy or professionalism. 3. Appointment Staff: The appointment desk is run like a gang—chaotic, unhelpful, and dismissive. Booking or rescheduling is a nightmare, and no one seems accountable for anything. OVERALL: This hospital treats patients like just another number. There is no compassion, no proper communication, and no system in place that actually works. Honestly, this place is worse than many government hospitals. Please think twice before sending your elderly parents or relatives here. Your loved ones deserve better.
Bhut achcha hospital hai..bs thoda patience rakhane ki jarurat hoti hai yha.. Special thanks for Dr.. Nilesh sir,Dr.Atul sir Dr. Parneet sir...and Manju mem...
Not recommended. They misguide, and the senior doctors will not pay proper attention to your patient unless you have a strong connection. They do not provide clear updates, and patients may die due to lack of attention. My brother died due to their lack of attention of senior doctors. They just keep on fetching money from you but senior doctors will not give proper treatment . They senior doctors are now youtubers rather than a doctor. Only junior doctors and nurses take care of ICU.
Great doctors (undoubtedly) but hospital has gotta poorest management you could have think of... If you don't believe my words, better experience it your own for more clarity... Their management/process are surely going to give you hard time... I believe if you don't have any financial issues then there are much better hospitals for your loved one... Many Thanks to Doctors only, not mgmt. - Dr. S K Sarin, Dr. Vikram Bhatia, Dr. Viniyendra Pamecha (God of Transplant), and all highly intelligent HPB Surgery SRs... 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I Nripendra Chaturvedi, 58 years old ,By profession i'm a Govt Servant at Satna Madhya Pradesh. I was diagnosed with moderate liver cirrhosis in the year 2014.That time we sought treatment in many well established hospitals of India, but their only purpose of treatment was to earn more money and my condition was getting bad with the time. Then we came to know about ILBS Delhi. In ILBS our experience was so good, here treatment is very economical as compare to other hospitals. Here Dr V. Pamecha a very able, experienced and successful surgeon and his team did my successful liver transplant in August 2017, while treatment they encouraged the donor, who is my son and took care of him very well. Now It has been about 2 year after transplant, me and my son both are completely fit and fine. I strongly recommend ILBS Delhi and Dr Pamecha team to those who are looking for related treatment. Here team of doctors and staff is very professional and familiar to patients. They do tremendous job which makes patients pleased and satisfied always.I Thank you Dr. Pamecha and team.
A very big and modern looking semi-govt. hospital with full greenery and wallet parking. It have COVID19 vaccination centre and other medical facilities.
