Worst staff in this hospital. Bhagwaan kare inko bhi yahi din dekhna pade jo hum dekh rahe hai.. in sab logo ki family ke ye isse 100 times jada suffer kare Staff itna battmiz hai ki agar ap apni baat bolna chahoge to ulta dhamki dete hai code violet karane ki.. mujhe ye samajh nahi ata ki ye log patients of jaanwar kyu samajhte hai. Staff ko injection nahi lagana ata na hi bold nikana aata hai.. head ko contact kar nahi sakte kyuki unki details kahi nahi hai. Meri mother abhi bhi vaha admitt hai or me poora helpless hu ye sochke ki aage ab or kya dekhne ko milega.. kal se three times inhone blood sample liya or teeno baar sample kharab kar diya upar se ab dhamki se rahe hai ki hum treatment nahi karenge ap discharge karwa lo… ye hospital ne agar esa hi karna hai to bhagwaan kare ye poora hospital or inke head sab diwaaliya ho jaaye.. hum jese abhi helpless hai vese hi ye ek din helpless ho or inki poori family suffer kare jese hum kar rahe hai… inko sharam hogi abhi bhi to inke under jo patients hai unhe ye acche se treat kare. Ye yaad rakhna upar vala sab dekh raha hai…

Our patient was not as critical initially, but after being admitted to the ICU, we felt that their condition worsened. During our stay, we did not see any patient in the ICU improving, and witnessing continuous deaths made us seriously doubt the management and quality of care. It seemed to us that there were significant gaps in monitoring and treatment. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend checking ICU reviews and facilities carefully before choosing this hospital. After what we experienced, I would strongly advise families to choose a different hospital for their loved ones.

Good Treatment for Liver, relatively Cheaper Than Others. Rapid Covid Test Mandatory to Enter. Which can be done at the Entry gate. Semi Govt Hospital.

My Experience: Visit- Senior doctor visit two times a day. Nurse- They all are good Charges: Its semi-govt hospital but Charges are high. Main Cleanliness: Tiles are very clean but washroom are dirty. In every place, 1 or 2 washroom not working. Kamots/seat, gates and taps are not good condition. Even patients washroom in General Ward Phase 1 all washroom are not working properly.

Sitting area or waiting area out side Dr. S.k sarin is very poor should be changed for the comfort of patient. Because the waiting is very long duration. A/c should work properly

⚠️ Very disappointing and unsafe experience at ILBS Hospital, Delhi ⚠️ We went to ILBS only for a second opinion. My father was completely fine and walked into the OPD himself. Dr. Ankur Jindal suggested admitting him to understand the case, and we agreed. After that, Dr. Jindal never met us again — only a junior doctor Dr Saket handled everything. They kept doing unnecessary tests without any clear explanation. my father caught Influenza A inside the hospital, even though he was healthy when admitted. Then they suddenly called saying he was “critical” and pressured us to shift him to the HDU, even though his oxygen levels were 99–100% and he was feeling fine. The doctors tried to scare us, saying he “might not survive the night” if we refused. We finally took a discharge. He left the hospital in our car and was perfectly fine. Another hospital confirmed that no HDU or critical care was required. Even worse, their ultrasound report showed a gallbladder, though my father’s gallbladder was removed in 2017 — proof of careless or inaccurate reporting. ILBS felt like a corporate money-driven setup, not a patient-care hospital. Unnecessary tests, fear tactics, and zero sensitivity. Please be very cautious before admitting your loved ones
