Using Bizcomnetwork

Bizcomnetwork provides an India-focused business directory, article pages, community information and dated price references. These terms apply when you use its features. If you register or contribute content, read these terms and the Privacy Policy before doing so. Nothing here removes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 to register an account or post business listings. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials private and post only on behalf of a business or person you are authorised to represent. Do not impersonate others or use another person's account without permission. Contact support if you suspect your account has been misused.

Listings and content you submit

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listings, photographs, reviews, comments and messages. You must have permission to use submitted material and to publish the contact information it contains. Do not present an opinion as a verified fact or publish another person's private information without authority.

You retain ownership of your own material. By submitting it for publication, you give Bizcomnetwork permission to store, display, format and moderate it as needed to provide the relevant website feature. This does not transfer ownership of your content or give other visitors unrestricted rights to reuse it.

Prohibited activity

• Fraud, impersonation, misleading offers, counterfeit goods or unlawful services.
• Trafficking, sexual exploitation, sexual services, illegal substances or prohibited goods.
• Threats, harassment, hate, discriminatory or abusive content, and spam.
• Unauthorised publication of private information or infringement of copyright or other rights.
• Malware, malicious links, attempts to bypass security or access another user's data.
• Automated activity that overloads the website or interferes with its operation.

Do not click advertisements artificially, encourage fraudulent clicks or manipulate view counts.

Moderation, correction and removal

We may review, edit formatting, refuse, hide or remove content, and restrict accounts involved in misuse. Blog comments appear only after approval; approval is not verification or endorsement of their claims. Imported business records can also be corrected or removed following review.

If you believe a moderation decision is wrong, contact support with the relevant account or page details. Reports should describe the issue accurately. We may retain relevant records where needed for security, dispute handling or applicable legal requirements.

Business dealings and safety

Transactions, appointments, employment arrangements and purchases are made directly with the relevant business or other party. Bizcomnetwork is not a party to those arrangements merely because it publishes a listing. Check identity, qualifications, product condition, availability, total price and applicable terms before committing or paying.

A category, photograph, imported record, promoted placement or public review does not certify a business. Use our Safety Centre and listing report tools if you have a concern.

Free listings and paid promotions

Listing availability depends on the relevant publication status, expiry and moderation controls. You can manage eligible listings through your account. Renewal or approval does not guarantee a particular number of visitors, enquiries or sales.

Packages and promotion enquiries are subject to the price, duration and conditions separately confirmed for the service. Sending an enquiry alone does not authorise a charge. Any payment, cancellation or refund conditions should be provided and agreed before a paid service begins; these terms do not override that agreement or applicable consumer rights.

Articles, rate information and third parties

Articles and dated price records are informational and may change or contain errors. They do not replace professional medical, legal or financial advice. Read the Disclaimer before relying on this information.

Advertisements, linked websites and Facebook groups operate under their own terms. We do not control their content or guarantee their products, services, membership or availability. Third-party names and marks identify their respective owners; inclusion does not imply affiliation.

Website content and availability

Do not copy or redistribute website material in ways that infringe rights or misuse personal data. Limited quotation or other use permitted by applicable law remains subject to those rules. Do not remove source credits or misrepresent content as your own work.

Maintenance, provider failures and other interruptions may affect availability. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free information, search rankings or commercial results. Responsibility for any loss is subject to applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and concerns

These terms may change as the website develops. The latest revision date is shown above. Material changes affecting an agreed paid service do not automatically replace its confirmed terms. Contact support to raise a dispute or ask about a change. Applicable Indian law governs use of this India-focused service, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.
