I recently underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy (lap chole surgery) under the care of Dr. Bajaj at Sitaram Bhartia Institute of Science and Research, and I am extremely satisfied with my entire experience. I had my first baby delivered at Sitaram Bhartia through normal delivery, despite keeping its low-key status, this hospital packs a team of mind-blowing doctors, with special mention of Dr Anita & Dr Rakhi, i would like to thank each and every member of the Gynecologist group. Now talking about my experience- I got to know about this hospital thru my family reference, and when i came to this hospital , the main selling point of the hospital was their group practice gynecologists. You go at any point of time in this hospital in an emergency situation and currently stationed Gynecologist would know all about your case in and out and treat you in the same manner as your primary gynecologist . Thus, resulting in normal delivery. They focus on natural ways of healing rather than promoting artificial ways. I would highly recommend this hospital for all the parents to be.

Please include a real time tracker w.r.t. waiting time for doctor consultation. I do understand that because of emergency the waiting time may get stretched but having a real time tracker will certainly help saving some precious time of the patients. This I am requesting from my past 2 years of experience.

Worst hospital ever. Nursing staff even does not know how to take BP and give injections. RMO doctors are not trained. Not recommended

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Nikita and the entire team at Sitaram Bhartia for their exceptional care during the delivery of my baby. Despite facing multiple complications, Dr. Nikita accurately identified the issues and provided the appropriate medication and treatment. Her unwavering confidence in me made it possible for me to have a normal delivery, even when other major hospitals had advised against it. The nursing staff at Sitaram Bhartia also provided excellent care throughout my stay. Thanks to their combined efforts, I was able to deliver a healthy baby.

The antenatal classes have been so helpful in not only pregnancy but also in taking care of our little one. Terrible experience with Dr. Rajesh Bhardwaj at Sitaram Bhartia Institute of Science & Research. My brother’s surgery was conducted here under Dr.Bhardwaj and we have faced pure negligence from both the hospital and the doctor. He pushed for treatment at his private clinic, and when we refused, his approach changed. His documentation led to our insurance claim being rejected, causing major financial stress. Prioritizing personal gain over patient care is unacceptable. We strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with Dr. Bhardwaj or this institute for any surgery.
