Had an amazing normal delivery experience with Sitaram Bhartia hospital. Before delivery consultations and after delivery services and care are top notch. Yes it is expensive but it's worth every penny to deliver your baby in safe hands of doctors and nurses. Every department takes their responsibility very seriously. Thanks to them.

We had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Rajesh Bhardwaj at Sitaram Bhartia Institute of Science & Research. My brother underwent surgery under his care, and unfortunately, we encountered negligence both from the hospital and the doctor. Dr. Bhardwaj strongly suggested that we shift the treatment to his private clinic, and when we did not agree to this, his attitude and approach towards us noticeably changed. Further, the way the case was documented by him resulted in our insurance claim being rejected, which created serious financial difficulties for us. We feel that patient welfare was compromised and personal interests were prioritized instead.

Appointment Scheduling is too bad, Doctors make you wait for 2 hours on an average. Hospital needs to work on that

We got to know about Sitaram Bhartia Hospital from a close friend of mine, especially regarding the prestigious. Gynaecology and Obstetrics department. Hence, as soon as we conceived, we had zero doubt regarding the selection of the hospital for our journey.😇 And I must say, I am immensely thankful and grateful to the entire staff, from Doctor Nikita to Dr Shilpi to the lactation and feeding department to all the sisters and nurses who provided me with childlike care and support during my journey.💗 It was a tender journey that l undertook with Dr Nikita by my side, who responded to my worries and queries without a delay, day in and day out.💞 The workshops, Lamaze classes and all the guidance from various departments during the journey helped me traverse through the phase with ease and awareness.❣️ Thanks to everybody, we are happy parents now!🥰 I would recommend the hospital to all the expecting parents for a smooth and hassle free experience of the magical moment of pregnancy.🥰

My pregnancy journey with SBISR especially with Dr Ashmita Saha has been exceptional and very smooth.. The care, guidance and efforts that have been put forward by her and her supporting staff has been worth my time and money plus the experience was also commendable.. A definite 5 star for Dr Ashmita Saha and the hospital.. would recommend this especially for Maternity to all the ladies..

Had a great experience at Sitaram Bhartia with Dr. Ashmita Saha . I had very complicated pregnancy with so many issues but dr. Ashmita and her team made sure i have the best ever smooth and normal delivery so whoever is having complicated pregnancy and want to have normal delivery must visit Sitaram Bhartia at least for once.

I had an unpleasant experience at this hospital. The staff was unprofessional and discourteous. The website displayed a consultation fee of ₹1,500, but I was charged ₹1,930, with an additional registration fee that was not disclosed in advance. When I raised my concern, the billing staff member was rude and dismissive, providing no satisfactory explanation. The overall approach felt outdated and lacking in transparency. Unless you are a VIP, I would not recommend this hospital, as there are far better and more customer-friendly healthcare facilities available in Delhi NCR.

Recently I have admitted in this hospital for some emergency surgery under Madam Dr Reva Tripathy. She is a very experienced and she treated me very well. Medical assistant madam Sarita Panth has helped me and arranged everything in a proper way .I have never faced any problems. Thank you so much mam for all time help to me. I also want to express my sincer thanks to Dr lata Mam for her great care to control my diabetic level whole night on the surgery day. It proves how the doctors in this hospital dedicatly giving services to the patient. Thank you so much for guiding and caring me in the whole journey.

It's over and over expensive. Everything is at double price.. I was admitted for stomach pain only for a one day.. and doctor advised me to discharge after 6-7 hours after admission as my all reports were normal.. they charged 40000 for this.. 10k is normal for room rent.. which is not at all so high class.. nothing was provided to me. They have added unnecessary charges in my bill . I don't prefer anyone to visit here. Pathetic service. Receptionist is not ready to answer or provide any help . They just ask first to deposit the money only after they will admit the patient. Otherwise they will not check the patient. Doctors who are on night visit are rude.. if u belong to normal middle class family they treat you like poor.. and don't care about you.. this hospital only belongs to a rich family.
