Was there recently for knee replacement surgery of my father. I had very bad experiences with the hospital staff. 1. Surgeon had advised ice pack application to nurses in writing - they completely ignored it. 2. Nurses were not keen in answering questions and were getting irritated. 3. My father was in ward and sometimes till 11 pm people roamed here and there creating noises. 4. Informed all of these issues to admin Mrs Dutta(if I recall her name right). Don't know what action she took to ensure no open faces these issues or just overlooked everything. 4. On-round doctor tried to put blood dried crape bandage in the wound while changing dressing. Thank god surgeon was present and he stopped immediately. 5. I am giving one star because of the surgeon who operates in collaboration with hospital. Otherwise, this hospital deserves a big zero.

I had 2 surgeries here done by Dr.Renu Misra. A fantastic doctor. Very honest and learned lady. The staff, nurses, doctors, even the cleaning staff, helpers here all are so hard working and dedicated, I haven't seen anywhere else. The hospital is near and clean. The dietician also took good care of my nutrition as well as likes and dislikes. I used to get balanced diet very timely while admission. The portion was always more than my appetite though. The food for attendent was also good and hygienic.

Dr. Nikita is an exceptional gynecologist who genuinely cares about her patients. She doesn’t believe in unnecessary medications or tests and provides only authentic, well-informed advice. She is always on her toes, proactive, and deeply involved in patient care, ensuring she’s well-versed with medical history and ongoing cases. What sets her apart is that both she and the hospital are entirely focused and aligned in promoting natural deliveries, ensuring the best care for both mother and baby. Her expertise, honesty, and dedication make her a doctor you can truly trust. Highly recommended!

Very Good Hospital in Delhi. Less crowd and provide vey affordable treatment. Doctors are very good and compassionate. The nursing staffs in emergency department are very helpful and caring. I would like to personally thanks to Dr Karan, and all the nursing staffs in emergency room.

We highly recommend Sitaram Hospital! The hospital is very neat and clean and the hospital staff is accommodating and supportive. My wife is from the USA and wanted a hospital on par with that level of service and skill, and this hospital proved to be the perfect choice. Dr. Nikita and Dr. Shravan Kedia are amazing! My wife was nervous about giving birth and these two doctors led an entire team in giving us an incredible birth experience! Dr. Kedia is the best anesthesiologist that we have ever encountered and we trusted him completely. His calm demeanor and professionalism made us feel comfortable and we trusted his expertise. Likewise, Dr. Nikita is highly skilled and knowledgeable. From the moment we met her, we knew we wanted her as our doctor. She exudes kindness and excellence in all that she does. We are forever grateful to the entire team for giving us the gift of delivering our healthy baby girl! Night Nurse Baby Rose, and overnight breast feeding nurses Jyoti and Suman were also so sweet and supportive throughout our stay. We also attended Lamaze and Antenatal classes with Dr. Shilpi, who was highly experienced and informative. It was a magical experience that we will treasure always. We will meet again for the next baby! Thank you for everything!
