One of the very few places I have been where organisation and collective efforts are offering superb visitor experience. Right from free valet parking to registration and then moving on to reminding patients. Everything is well organised. Good work ILBS Management.

I am immensely grateful to Dr. Rakhi for her exceptional care and expertise in treating my liver disease. Her dedication, knowledge, and compassionate approach not only provided me with the best possible treatment but also gave me a new lease on life. She guided me through every step of the recovery process with patience and professionalism. Thanks to her, I am now healthy and strong again. I highly recommend Dr. Rakhi to anyone seeking the best medical care.

In November 2024, my father came to know about liver cirrhosis. Then we started looking for the best hospital for liver in Delhi, then my father himself told me that ILBS hospital is the best for liver and he said that I have to get my treatment done in this hospital. Then we started father's treatment in November and kept him in emergency for a few days and in the ward for a few days, after that in March he was asked to do endoscopy and said that ventilator support will also have to be given. After keeping him on ventilator from 9 March to 16 March, the doctor said that the patient is not getting well, whereas the patient came to the hospital safe and sound on 8 March, my father died on 19 March. Finally, I request you all with folded hands to boycott this hospital. This hospital is just making bills. If the payment is late even for a day in ICU, you are given a slip and made to run around to get medicines. We spent 12 lakh rupees to save my father, but he did not know that the hospital from which he was expecting to save his life, will take his life. (Whoever goes to ICU, will not come out alive, this is the specialty of this hospital) As soon as they go to ICU, they get ventilator installed, make money for 15 days and then say the patient is no more😭🙏🏻

Waste of hard earned money and life here. They do unnecessary test on daily basis to suck money from pateint pocket, even after paying you are not allowed to visit hospital to see your patient more than 1 attended. My father is in good condition when admitted but they suck my father health without any responsibility. They didn't say anything directly just giving treatment until pateint about to die. I lost my father 😭 here. I will never recommend anyone to go and get treatment from this hospital. After all waste of life and 💰

Don’t go there. If you want to save your patient don’t admit them in ILBS, very poor doctors and staff.

I am very glad to have found this place for my father's problem. I am thankful for Dr. Ashoka kumar chauhan. The staff, system, doctors and everything is very good and supportive. 24 × 7 there are always people who take care of everything. But, the ultrasound is taking a lot of time and they are asking for too long waiting so I think this is the issue to be worked on . Apart from this everything is superb.

We had an extremely painful and distressing experience at this hospital. Our patient was admitted in stable condition, but unfortunately passed away under their care. Doctors did not communicate treatment updates to attendants and showed a lack of transparency. Security staff behaved rudely and treated attendants with hostility instead of support. A medical procedure was carried out by Dr. Sarin which, in our view, was unnecessary and led to serious complications including septic shock, organ damage, and ultimately the patient’s death. During our stay, we also met other attendants who reported severe financial and emotional distress. Some shared that they had to sell their assets to afford treatment. We felt that patient care was driven more by profit than by genuine medical concern. This experience has completely shattered our trust. We strongly urge others to exercise caution and for authorities to review this hospital’s practices to ensure patients and families are treated with dignity, transparency, and ethical medical care.

My experience with Hospital was nothing short of a nightmare, culminating in my relative's condition worsening significantly due to what can only be described as gross negligence. I urge any government official reading this to launch an immediate investigation into the practices of this institution. The initial delay in both testing procedures and admission was the first red flag. It felt like an eternity before any concrete steps were taken, during which time the patient's health was clearly deteriorating. To make matters worse, a doctor directly contradicted their own stated commitments regarding admission dates, effectively denying prior assurances. This level of deceit is utterly unacceptable in a healthcare setting. During the testing phase, communication was nonexistent. We were kept completely in the dark about the patient's condition, with only a relentless series of tests being ordered. There was no transparency, no explanation, just an endless cycle of procedures while anxiety mounted. Ultimately, the patient's condition deteriorated so severely that they had to be admitted to the ICU. However, even there, the situation was dire. The ICU staff seemed to wash their hands of responsibility, declaring they had "lifted the patient" and their fate was no longer in their hands. Adding to the horror, the liver transplant team refused to operate while the patient was on a ventilator. Getting to speak with a doctor felt like pulling teeth, often requiring multiple requests and prolonged waits. The situation on Saturdays and Sundays was even more egregious; doctors were virtually absent from the hospital. It's a national shame that a government hospital in Delhi can operate with such a blatant disregard for patient care, especially on weekends. This level of neglect and unprofessionalism is a severe disservice to the public and a stain on our healthcare system. I implore any relevant government authority to take swift and decisive action against this hospital to prevent further
