Extremely pathetic behaviour and regretful experience Under dr sareen consultation our pateint went under surgery and unfortunately went into septic shock . This was the surgery for which his department's doctor were contraindicating . Everyone said this surgery was not to be done. No such consequences were explained to us. Our pateint went to the hospital in very stable condition still kept admitted in emergency for one day and no one was there to attend him Shifted to HDU and was stable for 2 days but then no one know what happened what treatment was given patient was intubated. We asked the doctor nurses no one gave straight replies behaved like animals No one was there to give right information no one was there to attend us only their security guards were there for 24x7 I would suggest to not admit any person here either take them to other hospitals.

Dr. Indernath perforated my father's colon (large intestine) during kidney stone surgery. Kidney stone was not removed. Instead another operation took place in emergency for repair of colon. He was admitted for 42 days after that major surgery with endless pain. From last 7 months my father had a stoma bag from where stools come. We are waiting for the second operation now to remove that stoma bag. Dr. Indernath has given my whole family pain pain and endless pain. He is a careless doctor with zero knowledge in urology.

Excellent organisation. Very smooth process to consult Dr Shiv Sarin despite the massive rush! The Resident Hospital Administrator, Anurag, the examining Dr Khushboo and the patient coordinator/“May I Help You”, Geeta were all extremely helpful. Dr Sarin was very polite and gave his diagnosis succinctly and with commission. Excellent experience.

I was suffering from hyperacute liver failure with multiple organ failure and had passed out but the staff is very good and always cooperating for the patient health the doctors are highly qualified and especially DR Rakhi Mahiwal saved my life. Every advice she gave was very accurate. She and her team was very helpful all the time of my 30 day treatment course and staff was very hard working.

I had the worst possible experience at ILBS. My father was admitted here with hope of treatment, but instead it turned into a nightmare. The doctors – especially Dr. Rakhi, Dr. Sarin, and Dr. Ankur Jindal – kept him in ICU for days, kept running expensive tests and procedures, and kept giving us false hope while the bills kept piling up into lakhs. Finally, after draining us emotionally and financially, they told us there was “no chance” left. My father passed away despite everything, and all I am left with is the pain of losing him and the feeling that this hospital only cares about making money, not saving lives. They show no transparency, no compassion, and no humanity. Families like mine come here with trust, but all we face is exploitation and helplessness. Please think twice before choosing this hospital – I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the trauma I went through.
