My friend’s sister went to hospital 18days ago to this Hospital ILBS in New Delhi, Vasant Kunj. She was 36-37 years old & she went to hospital walking talking with pneumonia detected &slight breathing problem. They put her on ventilator instead of oxygen mask. Since no hospital takes ventilator patients and in that situation family people will not take patient out of ventilator. They kept engaging family & friends in their shitty talks. They have presented fraud documents to take away almost like 18lakhs. The moment they realised they can’t dig out any more money they gave up. They shifted to a new hospital where water was coming out of her skin. She had multiple organ failure coz she was not treated for Pneumonia. At new hospital, they mentioned her reports & her conditions is not matching. Now her sister is no more & it wouldn’t make any difference but still least we can do is post review. Her Doc name is Rakhi Maiwall, check her reviews. I would request everyone to check reviews of hospital and doctors before admitting your loved ones

Best experience in ILBS hospital by aayushman bharat yojna and Dr Amitezh Manda Sir ( CMO)always available for this faculty .
This hospital cannot be trusted. Pls don't be fascinated by its fancy name!! This hospital and the doctors only knows how to charge hefty fees in the name of treatment!! Doctors are extremely irresponsible. They converted a stable living person to a dead body within a span of week, and that too in there specialized field (Liver transplant) !! They keep the patient in the ICU for several days and after getting desired money they consider them dead ! And at the last moment step back from there responsibilities and handed over our family member (patient) to another hospital.. Now they're not answerable to anything And this particular case occurred at the present time. Date- 6-01-2025
This hospital is a disgrace, and the staff is incredibly unprofessional. If you’re reading this, please do not fall into their trap. They’re running a business that’s more focused on making money than actually treating patients. They’ll keep you confused, telling you one day that the patient is recovering, and the next day claim it's critical, all while continuing to milk money from the family. When they realize you're running out of funds, they’ll suddenly say the patient is in critical condition and recommend transferring to another hospital. Please don't trust them, your loved ones might walk in, but they’ll make sure to put them on a ventilator to squeeze more money out of you. Do yourself a favor and read all the reviews before admitting anyone to this hospital

ILBS Delhi best liver transplant HOSPITAL SPECIALLY DR SATENDER PAL SINGH SIR is best hepatology doctor in the ILBS HOSPITAL SIR aap humare liye bhagwan ka roop hai Aap sathi ko dhanyawad
I would like to share my disappointing experience regarding the facility and staff management, particularly in the OPD and Endoscopy departments. While the doctors, including Dr. Manoj and Dr. Shashtry, are excellent and professional, the behavior and attitude of the supporting staff—especially the OPD coordinator for these doctors and the endoscopy department staff—were extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I was scheduled for an endoscopy at **8:00 AM**, but the **report was not provided until 1:00 PM** with no clear communication or reason for the delay. Additionally, despite being given an **OPD appointment time of 1:30 PM**, I was not able to consult the doctor until **3:45 PM**. When I respectfully inquired about the delay, I was met with **aggressive and rude responses** from the staff. There appears to be no clear process or structure in place, and the overall management felt chaotic. Patients deserve better coordination, transparency, and respectful communication—especially when they are already in distress due to health concerns. I hope serious attention is given to improving the behavior of the staff and the organization of procedures. The quality of care from the doctors is being overshadowed by poor support services.
