Almost 1km away from chhatarpur metro station .. i had gone for blood donation ..nature of staff and nurses was very nice and very cooperative .
Really rude and pathetic service. Once the patient goes inside ICU no nursing staff gives the exact situation of patient and does any treatment. They just keep the patient for 15-20 days and after making money declare him dead. Dr. Jayshri , Dr. Rakhi none of them has the right speaking skill towards the attendant of patient. Strongly suggest not to take your patient there. They will not treat them and definitely take their life.
Best doctor in Hepatology delhi ILBS hospital dr Saurabh Paul Mr Saurabh Paul guided us well and his treatment of the patient was no less than a miracle. We had come from Uttarakhand. Even a big hospital like Rishikesh AIIMS hospital, Dehradun Indresh could not guide us properly. But when we went to Dr Saurabh Paul, the doctor guided us well. The operation was successful. Today we are home.
Ilbs good service and all staff behaviour is nice and sweet and special thanks to Dr Amitez and RHO Brusli sir
It is true that no one has seen God but I have met him and seen him with my eyes! I am thankful from the core of my heart and would like to show my gratitude to Dr. Viniyendra Pamecha Sir and the whole team which conducted liver transplant for me Ajay Baloria and my wife Neeru Baloria (Donor) R/O Jammu (liver transplant date 10 June 2019) and have given me a 2nd life for which I will forever be indebted to Dr. Pamecha Sir. We were introduced to ILBS in march 2015 and our journey started with one of the most prestigious institutions and with the most experienced doctors. We have no words to express our gratitude to the entire Hepatology Team and the Liver Transplant Surgery Team for their intime guidance and treatment before surgery and even Post-Operative care. It was not easy to undergo this surgery, even though it was the only option. But the sound advice and meetings in which the doctors counselled us throughout the process, was reassuring that we are under best professional care. Me and my Wife (donor) recovered very well, thanks to the dedicated nursing staff in the ICU. It was because of the motivation of hospital staff that I was able to recover from it mentally as well as physically. All the doctors and nurses were no less than God sent Angels!! The way doctors talk to the patients, cures half of their problems. Dr. Pamecha Sir one special mention I have to make, whenever you used to come to see me, you always used to smile and call me by name, Hello Ajay, how are you? It used to boost me a lot and motivated me to get better for the best efforts that you had put in me. I can say this with a lot of conviction, that if it wasn’t for you, I might not have made it. I will be forever grateful and indebted to you. We once again express our heartfelt gratitude to all the doctors, nurses, other miscellaneous staff who has been part of my pre and post-transplant journey. Special thanks to Manju Mam Thank you, Ajay Baloria
Dr Nihar sir ne mera husband ke gallbladder ki surgery bahut hi technical method se ke. Now he is fit for join his job.Dr Nihar sir and his team is very good. Thankyou great dr sahab.
Not so welcoming experience , doctors they talk to you rude as they behave like they are the God, I don’t want to write the name of doctor but I will write the name Dr.Ankur jindal behave nicely next time. What happened I was diagnosed with chronic liver disease and at the same time mild tb for which they write very hard medicine, all was going well but after 15 days the medicine it started to react very badly, all my body was having red rashes. I stay in London so I was helpless to come to India very soon, so tried contacting on phone which is no way of use, someone my relatives he went to doctor where they asked to take appointments even phone calls which they gave after 15 days. And this I am so sad to write before the doctor he listens to me he was in so much rush and aggressive that he wanted to finish the call. We had some arguments. So this is so called India best hospital best behaviour with patient and honestly you need more practice to listen to your patient only making money out of patient should not be the motive. Padmashree Dr sarin should think about this.
