They tell you that estimated budget is INR 13 lacs for a liver transplantation which is quite reasonable. The hospital is on autonomy and regulated by Delhi Government. Charges are not cheap but reasonable. However, due to limited infrastructure facilities and doctors, they lack understanding the pain of a patient and will keep you moving for more than 20-30 times before actual transplantation. We had already incurred more than ₹ 5 lacs on day to day expenses before actual surgery. Therefore, please avoid this hospital if the patient is suffering badly and do not have much time. In case, the condition of patient is bearable, this hospital will provide you the best treatment. Dr. Pamecha is a very good individual and listens to patients' real pain.

worst hospital I have ever been to. My husband's liver transplant was done. Operation was successful but still I lost him due to post operative negligence .We kept on asking them for discharge but they did not. After spending 3 months in the hospital I could only take out his dead body from the hospital. He kept on getting infections after infections in the hospital. Spent almost forty lakhs .

Worst hospital. Donot admit your near and dear one otherwise they will.never back to home. Full money wastage. HDU/ ICU/ EMERGENCY ARE THE WORST PLACE OF TREATMENT IN THIS HOSPITAL. and the main issue is without checking the condition immediately they will shift the patient to ICU. and keep them for 15 - 20 days

Pros 1. Good environment with cleanliness. 2. Full of securities at every corner of hospital. 3. Great hygiene. 4. Junior doctors are much better than their seniors. Cons 1. Procedure is too lengthy and one have to get appointment 1 month earlier. 2. it is said to be sponsored by government but its very expensive at everything. 3. Senior Doctors gives complicate explaination. I won't recommend this hospital to any middle or lower class citizens.

Though ILBS is one of the largest Liver hospitals in Delhi, The experience with the staff was not very good. I am a chronic liver patient and got my self admitted in the emergency in the evening to get treated. i was told that a CT scan would be done the next day at 10am based on which the line of treatment would be decided. Next day they kept me on fast till 2pm. when asked they give a reply saying the CT scan machine isn't working. Now as liver patients should be eating every 2 hours, I was kept away from food for more than 8 hours. Th Doctor in duty had an audacity to tell me that he can discharge me and can come smoother day for the treatment.. when a person comes to the Emergency that means the patient needs immediate medical intervention and here i am told to go back without the treatment.. Did not expect this kind of treatment from such a reputed hospital. Hope my feedback is read by Dr Sarin, the Director of the hospital.

My experience of liver hospital is very good. There has cleanliness area I had ever seen. I can't believe that is government hospital. Their has parking facilities and wheelchair facilities also . Their has lot's of entry gate with security guard. Doctor is very polite and good nature. Their has also free corona vaccination both covaxin and Covishield and booster also. Environment is very clean, clear and green.

Worst hospital Dr. Sareen,Dr.Rakhi both are money minded. Junior doctors who are treated in ICU ward all are illiterate. They experiments on ICU patients after some time they announced he is no more. Dr. Rakhi or sareen dono hi holidays pr chle jate Hain unko patients ki koi parwah nhi hoti. Experiments ke liye last year ke students ko doctor bna Diya jata hai or patient ko maar Diya jata hai. Acche se bethe insaan ko oxygen ki kami btakr ventilator lga dete Hain and after some time we hear your patient has died. Dr. Phoolchand , Dr. Ishan,Dr. Satendra,Dr. Harsh ye sb doctors patient pr experiments krte hain or patients ki condition ko critical bna dete hain jisse kisi dusre hospital mai unko na le jayaja sake. Or patient ko ventilator lgakr end kr dete Hain uski life ko. Ye hospital jldi se jldi bnd hona chaiye jisse hm apno ki jaan bcha ske.

Very (poor)^9 Hospital. The only raises the bill of the patient by giving false information and no one provides you the right information thatbwhats' going on. Whenever you want to meet the Dr. Or even in their visiting time they oftenly deny to meet the relatives. They just know how to make money. If you want to save your patience kindly go for good one.... further Dr has poor sense to talk with the patients' relatives... If you visit HDU and ICU dept of thr hospital thn you will come to conclude thst 8 out of 10 relatives are crying by their services...

Very poor management for OPD patient. My brother had to visit OPD of this hospital but there is no guidance whatsoever. We went to opd but were asked to get corona test done because doctors are not going to see you if you are not getting covid test from the hospital itself. Anyhow we got the covid test done and took token for OPD registration finally when our number came we were asked to get appointment first from the appointment counter. Then we visited appointment window they gave date of 9 November to visit doctor and today is 3 October. Very poor management and painful. What kind of management is this ? A liver patient if left untreated for 1 month will simply die. If you have emergency get treated somewhere else better to avoid this hospital.

Worst hospital my father was diagnosed with 3rd stage liver cancer in April 2023 and these guys treated him with TACE and SBRT ( took 6-7lakhs of money 🤑) and after the treatment his condition got worse his report were fine but his condition got deteriorated and eventually they took him to icu ( charged 1 lakh per day ) and then in Hdu ( charge 60k per day) we were a middle class family yet we arranged money from everywhere. But doctors and staff is so careless . The doctor in Hdu and icu didn't even know he has ascetics they told everything is fine and discharged him after some days my father leave this World for heavenly abode.
