My mother was suffering from gallbladder cancer. We went to the hospital and the doctors were so caring that it took me no time to decide about the treatment. My mother undergone surgery. Dr. Pamecha professor surgeon performed very complex surgery with too much ease. He was like god to me. His whole team is excellent. Thereafter, we went to meet Dr. Namita Sharma and Dr. Pooja Sahay for chemo and radiation. This whole treatment took around 7 months and now my mother is fine. One thing I want to say that all the staff of this hospital is very humble and caring. I salute to everyone of them I.e. Doctors, Nurses, Wardboy, Mates, even Parking staffis very humble. Totally wasted of time in hospital, behavior of staff in billing is like govt hospitals.. Even doctors also behavior very badly and rudly ,they waste your time and money in hospital , doctor mainly interested in liver transplant cases in other cases they only time pass. Doctor also not take seriously outside examinations, always ask for ILBS examinations. I lost my mother due to delay in treatment, only investigation done by doctors in ILBS and when they felt that now treatment is difficult their behavior very rudly.

Only big building in the name of treatment the worst in my opinion liver transplant team is very busy and not investing case the earn money and not worry about patient condition of paitent condition is detoirate more money earned. Very expensive treatment 1.5-2 month required for liver transplant tests and after that they denied for operation and tell us that please provide new donor..donor is chana murmura for there doctors misbehaving hospital security staff all peoples are alwaysstruggling for meeting doctor and going every where in critical cases desk to desk for appointment for bed for meeting patient for any smallest consultation doctor doctor ki baat nhi sunta hai doctor ki baat lower staff nhi sunta hai doctor bolta hai ap admit ho jao payment dest bolta hai bed nhi hai wait Karo do din wait karne k baad emergency me le gaye1'o clock security guard ko pura treatment history dikhao fir entry Hui doctor bolta hai are general ward k liye bola hai waha admit karao waha wapas gye waha bed nhi hai fir emergency gye waha doctor says sone ka 16 k dena hai to admit ho jao treatment subah hi hoga main pain killer bhi nhi dunga to wapas chale gye hum usi dard me tadapte hue paitent ko..ab kya kya bataye.. don't trust the hospital most faltu hospital sarkari treatment se bhi bekar hai doctor kabil hai but business karwa rahe hai bas

Worst hospital, don't go by the name for Liver specialization. I had visited the hospital for treatment of my wife having simple bloating problem and they just looted with around many tests and suggested even endoscopy and result is zero. Even I consulted the director S K Sarin, after long hour wait, he came in hurry and was consulting everyone by standing, just like you are met a VIP person by accidentally and he barely give you, 30 seconds. Never ever go this hospital, it just has a Name Liver inside and nothing to do with that or go If you have lots of money, time and patience be pathetic.

First of all, it is a govt. hospital only for name. It is way costlier if you consider the per day emergency patient charges. The per day charges are more than Apollo and Maxx which are already the costliest hospitals of delhi. Secondly, the management staff is worse than a govt hospital staff, they will send you to and fro from one office to another just for an enquiry and give absurd reasons if you ask any question about anything. My patient's condition was critical and they told me they wouldn't be able to treat her so i'd have to transfer her to another hospital. It took them 5 hours just to prepare the discharge papers and i had to go to multiple offices to collect one document after other. While admitting your patient to ILBS, maybe you are thinking of high class facilities in a govt hospital but actually it is just opposite of this.

This is the worst Hospital in India with horrible doctors who are so full of themselves. I lost my Father in this hospital who went for routine checkup and Died with multiple Organ failure after entering this Hospital's ICU. And not just him seven other patients who were in same ICUwith him died after they all suffered from Infection that they all caught in their so called best ICU. Dr.Rakhi Maiwall is the worst human being possible , she doesn't know how to talk to patient's family and how to be compassionate. She is rude and looks down on patient's family. She gets irritated and angry if family asks her questions about their patient. And Dr. Shantanu will tell you about your patient's condition like he is god and your patient is some sort of lab rat for them to experiment on. My father was diagnosed with Liver Crihossis in 2014 and in five years of check up Dr Sarin never once suggested liver transplant .He Admitted himself for his routine check up as he was a Liver Cirrhosis patient on Jan 9th , 2019 and on Jan 13th the Doctors told him that he can get discharge the next day . And the same night my father fainted and doctors didn't know what to do . So they performed tips on him and then it all began . A fully conscious person turned into a patient on ventilator . Then his kidney were compromised and then lungs , brain and ultimately his heart gave up. He was in that hospital for 24 days. How were they discharging my father when he was in such a bad state . These people will suggest you all kinds of filters and dialysis that can help but I have seen only death in that hospital in my stay of 24 days there. 7 patients died just like my father. If you love your family, DO NOT take your family here . They are a Research institute who will treat your patient as their Lab rat to test their all new methods. I know that's what they did to my father. Please do not go to this hospital

Very bad hospital for treatment of liver diseases, my father was seeking treatment for liver cirrhosis here and they never recommended liver transplant when he needed one, Dr Sarin has no time to look after his patients, he has a bunch of young and less knowledgeable doctors under him which keep on changing and don't even know how to diagnose a patient and provide treatment. His liver kept failing and they never recommended liver transplant when they should have and he ultimately passed away, May Dr. Sarin suffer and rot in hell, he is just concerned about his image and giving interviews, never visit ILBS, Delhi else you will end up losing your loved ones. I hope people would agree with me

I am a donor and my recipient have recovered fully. Both of us were fortunate enough to have found a hospital that can serve us to a world class. Their staffs are wonderful. Thanks to the doctors who do remember us even after one and half years by now. I would recommend ILBS for any liver related problems.

Best hospital for Liver and Kidney problems in NCR at very reasonable charges as compares to other hospitals. All the doctors as well as nurses are very helpful and friendly. Food provided there for patients as well as attendants is also good. As far as hospital reach is concerned it is very near to Chhatarpur Metro Station. I personally recommend this hospital for liver and kidney transplant. My father was admitted there for liver transplant surgery and I was the donor. Dr. Pamecha and his transplant team are no less than God to me. Now my father is good and improving day by day. Thank you ILBS

Such a pathetic hospital. They only know how to make money 25000 per day and work on that only. Once you get admitted, staff does not behave properly. Doctor who advised to get admitted is least bothered. Dr. SK sarin lives in his own ego. Doesn't know how to talk to patient. Medical facilities outside india are really good because doctors don't carry this pathetic egoistic mentality that they are everything Sarin doesn't even look towards patient admitted, coz he thinks himself as God of medicine but there is only power above all and will hit him back for sure
