Too much expensive hospital. Not satisfied with the treatment. Even didn't see the main doctor. Only money minded people.. don't talk without payment. ICU for one day is 1lac. Emergency fee for one day 10k.

I had a completely good experience with this hospital. My mother suffered post cancer operation complications. In about 2 months, didn't recovered at all. Shifted her in ILBS. And believe me, she started recoving in faster pace in just 3 days. I can describe in detail that why other hospital was failing & ILBS succeeded today, aft studying, but it would be bit lengthy. So, in short, would recommend everyone to atleast consult with them.

ICU/HDU are death chambers. PVT wards are still RELIABLE. DO NOT let authorities keep your near and dear ones in ICU/HDU for more than 3 days. My patient was admitted to HDU on 7 November, when he was diagnosed with liver problems. His medication and treatment was started under Dr. Rajan. Though i never met him. The doctors whom i met were Dr. Mansa and Dr. Pinachi. I must say both of the doctors were just good for repeating the words and terrifying the attendants. Infact i found Dr. Mansa to be so incompetent that she could not even handle small problems of patients and also the only thing she knows to do is KEEP patient on ventilator. And if they keep once, patients never revives. My patient was admitted, for approx a month and i have barely seen coming out live from ventilator in ILBS ICU. Secondly, the air handling unit in HDU/ICU is in pathetic condition. Majority of the patients who come because of liver disease end up by being infected by pneumonia in ICU. I have seen ICU units in other hospital as well. They are not that problematic. But ICU in ILBS gifts you fiurther infection than treating one you already have. Thirdly, ICU/HDU units are made for giving intensive care. However, thing such as care does not exist in these units. Sisters and brothers are so careless, egotistical, and ill mannered. My patient was kept in urine and potty for more than 24 hours. Brothers like rakesh and sister like Renu abuse even attendants so how much care would they be doing of helpless patients. Also the nursing staff in ICU is really arrogant as if they are god. My patient was gifted bed soars and edemas by nursing care in HDU. Fourthly, there is no parity between the prices you charge for test and treatment in various wards. Normally, the cost of test is fixed irrespective of ward you opt for. However in ILBS it varies in accordance with the ward you opt. For ex. A test which cost 180 in opd will cost around 320 in pvt ward and 500 in deluxe one. I have seen no hospital charging varied fees for same test. Similarly cost for procedures also varies w.r.t the cadre of ward you are in to. The HDU/ICU are just meant for minting money. But few things are good as well like the nursing care you get in pvt ward. Nursing staff there is much trained and educated and compassionate. The doctors are too concerned for treating you rather than making money in ICU. They provide genuine advice and care. Though it is expensive than HDU. I would like to request all those who are reading rhe post kindly DO NOT KEEP your patient in HDU/ICU for more than 2-3 days, coz conditions just degrade rather than improving. PLEASE INSIST like we did or else our patient would not have survived.

I cannot recommend Dr Vivek Vij enough. He is a skilled and compassionate best liver transplant surgeon in India. From the initial consultation to post-operative care, he and his team have provided exceptional care with every step of the way. Dr Vij's expertise and commitment to his patients make him the best in the field. Thank you, Dr Vij, for all that you do.

Hi, We went to ILBS with the hope to save our brother(45 years) but never knew will lose him altogether. My brother had liver disease(Hepatitis C) but wen we went to hospital he was walking, talking to everyone. we got him admitted to ICU where we were charged whooping 1lakh rupees/day. In the morning, we spoke to him over videoconferencing and he was talking and recognizing us. By evening, they told us my brother has pneumonia and his kidney failed. we can't believe person who was ok in morning, he was put on ventilator and his organs started failing. we were not allowed to meet him even once for 1 whole day wen they quoted him as critical. isn't it our right to see our patient even once? Next day my brother was little better with stable heart rate and urine output(kidney is working). Very prestigious doctor suggested that we should get liver transplant done in less than 24 hours. is it possible to arrange a donor and arrange 25-30 lakhs in less than 24 hours. Next day wen we spoke to doctor she said i told you to get transplant done yesterday. now your patient is critical and its your responsibility. I came across at least 5 families in same hospital who had same story that patients were stable when admitted, now patient has pneumonia and kidney failed and patient is on ventilator. so many patients with exactly same story. something is definitely fishy with the hospital. at last stage before my brother passed away. he was vomiting blood and when we asked to clean his face off blood, response we received was what's d use cleaning when more blood will be vomiting. we are paying 1 lakh per day to hear such a response. Its a disgusting behavior on part of the staff and doctors! By inference to the whole ordeal was Doctors and staff are inhumane. we lost our loving brother with a bitter experience. I am sharing my experience as i really don't want people to go through this hell. We regret taking our brother to ILBS. Request you not to make the same mistake.

It was a great hospital under great leadership of Dr. Sareen and his team. The place is well maintained and provides a really clean environment for patients. Doctors and team are really helpful. Location of the hospital is also very handy.

I have got my Father in law Admitted in this hospital and Dr Namita Sharma was the Dr looking after his case, when we visited for followup vist post his discharge she was not at all showing will to see the patient, she was in such rush that not even given 5 mins and said, I'll have to leave, eventually her team member ( a junior Dr) confirmed she has resigned form ilbs and he last day is 25th, and the same Dr asked us to take the patient to Rajiv Ghandhi hospital for better treatment, my only question is if they were not able to treat him why have they wasted almost 2 months and so much money here also if a Dr has resigned, was her responsibility was over towards a patient she was treating for so long,. Very unprofessional Dr. Sorry to say but not expected such treatment from such a reputative institute like this and a doctor which such degree and experience, very pathetic.

If you're having treatment with ILBS and if your doctor switches the hospital don't chase him, just be sure you are at the right place believe his/her replacement will do the same as per hospital rules and regulations. There will be no problem in continuing the treatment, it will be the same as before. As according to one of my close relatives with a good experience.
