My father was admitted in semi private in April 2018. Here are my experience- 1) Doctors are good but night resident Dr with a spec is very rude and not worth to be part of ILBS team. 2) Few nurses are bad and you need to fight to get yourself treat well and get there attention that the patients needs urgent care. 3) Hospital is very neat and clean 4) Guards are strict and it's in favour of patients and relatives else it will end up a bus stand 5) food is good for patients and attendant as well 6) billing is fair and informative 7) Dr sarin meets all the patients. You may mind waiting period time but one man can't be a computer. 8) ward boys are less in number and take time to come for urgent needs of changing diaper, cleaning related to patients 9) ILBS is situated in calmer and greener area of Delhi and easily approachable by metro.

Doesn't seem that they are putting much efforts towards curing the patient instead it seems that they are just experimenting and are not in any mood of showing some care or empathy towards the patient. The survival rate is not an encouraging number as it was not a single patient rather casualties were atleast two on the daily basis. I hope and pray for the patients admitted there to be healthy and if possible please refer to other hospitals.

I have experienced several Hospital with my patient for chronic liver disease. I find ILBS a very good hospital in terms of treatment and cost. However, one need to be very active on regular follow-up with doctor and staff as the services is far below as compare to any private hospitals. If you concern about the patient and ready to spend time in hospital. You will receive good treatment in a cost effective way.

Worst Hospital, I suggest not to visit this hospital.... Dr. Rakhi Maiwal she is lives in her Own ego, and every time gives Lecture only to patients, Dr. has poor sense to talk with Patients, she does not accept the Test done from Outside, Actually Hospital doing Fishing by mention Cheapest test Charges on maximum location in hospital, but Actually Hospital charges is very high, 25000 per Day for general ward, Ultrasound : you have to wait 2 days for Ultrasound Report, (how will out station patients come), Doctor are like Businessmen They made treatment a business. Demands a huge amount of money from patient's family, This hospital has only big name, service is very poor.

Worst hospital. They do not care about patient health. They just need money. They will make lakhs of bill on daily basis and after spending lakhs patients will not survive. They just do different expirements on patient in order to teach there staff and students. I lost my mother because of hospital negligence. If you really care about your dear ones, please do not take them to ILBS hospital else you will end up losing them.

Please! I insist to hear me out before you choose this hell hole for the care and treatment of your patient, I have lost my father after following up for 5 years and they didn’t do a thing for his liver transplant they will stall your time and worsen your patient’s condition, After all that i still didn’t realise how dark the things were at ILBS my younger brother needed a liver transplant i trusted them he was stable and well, i got him admitted here in HDU for one and a half month and he needed an urgent liver transplant but they barely did anything in that regard but kept worsening his condition and racked a lot of bills with unnecessary tests in the mean time i realised that almost everyone i talked to the people who were admitted there in HDU did not make any progress but most of them did not make it alive outside, their main unique selling point is there affordable price for liver transplant which 99.9 percent people will not receive they will just admit the patient and prolong the treatment until one passes away. I am very serious and this is not one isolated case but i talked to around 100’s of people and everyone goes thru the same fate. Luckily i got my younger brother discharged against the doctor’s advice and took him to Fortis hospital, Noida and got his liver transplant done within 5 days under Dr.Vivek Vij they took my case on priority basis and today he is recovering and doing well. So please do not go here it’s a sincere request if you want to save your patient’s life.

I will give negative rating to this hospital . My dad was admitted for liver problm but after admission his various organ got also failed and he was admitted for 18 days in this 18 days his multiple organ got failed . He was in hdu and then icu and they charged 60k for hdu and 80-1l for icu . And 1 more imp thing in hdu patient are not seen by dr they are seen by their inters who doesn’t not anything abt the patient history . They have same dialogue for everyone like firstly patient have liver failure then infection increasing , then lungs infection then kidney infection then kidney failure. And they charged appx 12 lacs and in the end my father is no more . Pls don’t go to this hospital if you want to survive. 🙏

Worst experience...loss of money for nothing in return... My father is suffering from liver cirrhosis... He went walking in the hospital with only one concern of increasing bilirubin but came out with loss of sensorium and Acute Kidney Injury... Not recommended... Worst experience... Dr. Sarin is known to be one of the best doctor but he doesn't visit his own patients for 2-3 days.... You can not reach him easily or even the other doctors... This institute might be good for study and research.... But this hospital is worst for treating the patients and get them recovered.... My father came walking but I had to get him out in ambulance... Worst experience ever in a hospital and NOT RECOMMENDED.... DONT GO BY THE NAME OF DR. SARIN... HE WONT TREAT YOUR PATIENT HIMSELF...

Horrible Experience. This hospital might have been good when Dr Sarin was there, but now it is in worst condition. Extremely expensive, they keep the Patient in ICU and HDU for small issues, we felt that the Doctors currently there are less experienced and were unable to gain any confidence from us. Out treatment doctor was Dr Ayush. He was extreamly rude and was unable to explain us true reasons behind the complications and their next course of action. In one week the kept saying that my Aunt is not recovering and they kept her in HDU, while when we asked for discharge you guys won't belive she is fine and even didn't require oxygen as well. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone
