This one of the worst hospital in Delhi. Very rude behaviour of staff. They only know how to extract money from patients. They write unnecessary test which is not required at all. They put your patient in ICU without giving any reason. If you want to speak to ICU Doctors, they are not available. I have admitted my father in this hospital for UGI Bleed. Every thing was all right then also they putted him into ICU just for mony only. When I asked why you have putted him into ICU they don't have any answer. So please guys don't go to this hospital. It is not a hospital it's just a factory of extracting mony from innocent people.
Good hospital with specialised facilities. However, those on duty for phone call appointment need be trained properly & know how to be professional with their job while talking to persons who look for Appointment(s).
Best centre in Northern India for hepatopancreaticbiliary surgery.Dedicated doctors and staff.Dr Sridhar is one of the best surgeons for HPB surgery.Apart from his surgical skills he is also a great human being and very compassionate for his patients.I got my mother operated under him and we were totally satisfied.
I underwent Liver Transplant surgery at ILBS. When I first visited the place I was enthralled by how big the hospital is. When the treatment started, I was impressed by the doctors and the nursing staff. The surgery was done by Dr. Vinyendra Pamecha, head of transplant and his team of doctors. The post surgery care was phenomenal. It is now 6 months post surgery and I am doing really great.
Dr Sarin, Dr Ashok along with many others are god sent, they brought my mom back when big names like medanta had given up, these doctors go out of there service calls and provide a patient centric care, every treatment plan was a well thought of strategy, my mom had to be initially admitted for liver transplant, but with efficient management was cured with continuous follow ups without needing a transplant. These doctors are definitely very busy and deal with diverse nature of people, yet there professionalism was of upmost respect, there however are few staff members who can improve in this aspect, but for most part this hospital hosts some of the best talent in the nation and the world. I wish you all , all the best.
Best institute for Liver. As it is one of the best institute the wait time is quite high. The doctors are pretty experienced as they mainly deal with liver cases. It is very clean and has a very systematic way of seeing patients
Never had such experience at a hospital in my life. I reached 10:30 am to see Dr. Shiv kumar sarin and the management of the hospital is so horrible that my turn didn't even came until 4'o clock in the evening. It was like a chaos in the hospital. People were arguing, shouting. I mean it took them 6 hours to process a patient from registration desk to the doctors office. 6 hours. No proper instructions to anything. If you are going there for the first time, prepare yourself for such experience. And I don't get frustrated easily at the hospitals but 6 hours of waiting time to see the doctor after a 15 days pre-booked appointment? I hope Dr. Sarin ever get a chance to read this and do something about it. 2 stars for the clean surroundings.
Hospital not upto mark. They charge you as big pvt hospitals like Max and Fortis but services are not even at par with Delhi govt hospitals. Went for my patient in Emergency, they had half of the beds available in emergency but denied admission citing reason that patient need ICU bed and they have no vacant ICU bed. When I requested emergency doc for Admission form so that admission team can let me know when any bed is available. Emergency doctor didn’t even do that. He was busy flirting with a young lady doc.. e.g kahan door door bhag rhi ho baitho mere pass. When I asked them where to escalate the matter , i was asked to go to 7005. I found the same lady there and same story. Even admission desk lady was busy on personal phone call. Go there only if you don’t get any other options. Go to Fortis or Max and call ILBS doctors if required.
Never admit your patient here. Very bad attitude of the nursing staffs. admitted my Mom day before yesterday and trying to take her out from here since morning. Already got clearance from doctor but nursing staff and residence doctors are unable to prepare dignosis summery report since morning . No one responding here properly. OPD is really good. Recommended to get treatment only in OPD.
