Excellent Hospital for the treatment of liver and kidney diseases. My brother in law has gone through Liver transplant surgery there. Dr. Ashok Chowdhary is good, skillful and very passionate about his work. We found no issue with him after more that one year of post-transplant treatment.

I visited Dr. Deepti Sharma for radiation therapy of my Mom post surgery of breast cancer. I am very happy with the overall experience of treatment at ILBS. Dr. Deepti Sharma is very cooperative. She described all the pros and cons of treatment in detail. I will surely recommend Dr. Deepti to everyone who is in need.

Guys after reading a lot of comments I came accross some of them saying that the doctors are arrogant. Guys Believe me after being admitted there for 3 times and being treated there I never felt that doctor or the staff misbehaves or be arrogant they're pretty straight forward and tell you all the things.Even I was admitted every time in general ward. All the staff was very nice and they still remember my name and greet me when I go there for follow up. and please check that if you fall under the EWS category I did.And the kejriwal government took all my expenses in there hand.

I wish to share my very unpleasant experience with Dr Rakhi Maiwall at ILBS. I visited her for my mother. My Mother is dietetic & BP patient since last 14years. She got infected with Hepatitis-B in year 2013 and under treatment of Dr Col. Arun Kumar it got HBV DNA negative during 3 times with various labs. Now she was having after effects of Hepatitis like Cyrosis and having very low appetite for which I tried you but because of your busy schedule I got appointment with Dr Rakhi Maiwall. We had a very horrible experience with Dr Rakhi Malliwal. Once we enter her cabin on discussing a little with us she started on phone to organize an event of Singer Daler Mehdi with his singer's brother and later another call to somebody else describing everything about the event and the talk she had with Daler Mehdi's brother. In the mean time started ticking on the tests printed on her prescription. I informed her that almost every test is done during her last admission in Max ICU in Nov'17 and some blood tests are also done in Jan'18. Her reply was "I can't rely on any outside tests and all test what I am writing have to be done here only and if you still think you can consult outside". Thinking of her being gold medalist I thought we should with whatever she is saying. After a week's time when we again visited with all test reports. Her reply was there is nothing much in the tests except her hemoglobin is 7.3 which is very low so need to be consulted with Hematologist. Dr Rakhi "You can go to Artemis hospital Gurgaon and meet Dr Pawan, he is my husband, an Hematologist there". Myself "mam, we comes from Ghaziabad and it will be difficult for me consult another doctor at Gurgaon". Dr Rakhi "as he is my husband, I can have a better coordination with him and I can't can anything of anybody else. You are going there for your patient not me". Myself "Dr Ashish of ILBS Nephro had written Iron with IV as my mother use to have stomach problem oral medicine and asked to show it to you, if you are OK with it". Dr Rakhi "I have never written iron with IV to anybody I can only write medicine and if you want to consult with anybody else, you are most welcome" and prescribed CT, CLONOSCOPY, BIOPSY & STOOL CULTURE(3-DAYS). And we left her room with Shelcal and some prescribed iron medicine. During this time we had spent more than Rs 30 thousand. 2 full days at hospital and lot of harassment and discomfort. My mother is anemic so it was very difficult for her sit so long there with no result. Overall experience was pathetic.

This is one of the worst hospital. Never admit your patient their staff behavior is worst and nobody knows what happens behined the closed doors of HDU. Their staff abuses inside HDU and never listens to the patient. My father has admitted there for 18 days and his condition became worst from a good man who came on his legs we had to take him to other hospital. Dr. Don't have time for patients and every time a different dr. visit in ward. In HDU junior doctors do research on patient and no senior dr. Available in HDU for counseling. Even dr. had made several mistakes in treatment. Again I had to tell about staff they treat patients like animals in HDU they even slap patient. It's my humble request to all of you never admit your patient. Their OPD is good but never admit your patient specially if they transfer your patient in HDU or ICU then never allow them and change your hospital.

Though the hospital is good at what it does but with time, it is becoming more commercial in nature and doesn't value patient's time. Once you are in the hospital for OPD at 10 am, you will leave hospital by 8pm. Staff shows more attitude than Bollywood actors.

The most pathetic management that i have ever seen. I have an confirmed appointment of DR. Rakhi at 1:35 PM 13/4/2015 but no one attended even till 4:30pm.And on asking where bout of the Dr. the staff just keep on saying that Dr. is available and seeing a patient. But later i found out that the was not in the premises since morning only. This is Disgusting in the name of the hospital. Neither the hospital management nor the doctor cared about the patient. Atleast if the Dr. is attending the emergency patient, the OPD patients should know the status and not kept in dark. At last i have to cancel the appointment and get the refund. Even when i asked for the refund no one cared to know the status of the Dr. and her where about.
