I had an unpleasant experience overall in this hospital, although I don't prefer to write bad reviews usually. I went with my mother yesterday morning for an issue with her breast. We booked through the app practo and paid the fees at the hospital. Dr Anuradha k. suggested her to do a mammography and more test and see her with the result. We got the test done, and the next appointment was today morning 9:30. Yet yesterday after midnight someone from the hospital WhatsApped me that doctor was only available at 8:30. I checked my message when I woke up at 7:30 and called them immediately and requested to reschedule since we couldn't be ready at such short notice. Yet the person on the phone was adamant that the doctor wasnt free in morning later or evening. Didn't give me choice of next day. But I checked practo app and all the slots were free today. My mother has no doctor to consult after doing the tests. Seems quite strange and unprofessional behaviour on the doctor, hospital or both. Maybe they don't like patients from practo. But if so, they shouldn't be listing on the app.

Cooperative staff. I got admitted here for delivery to be done by Dr Anuradha. She is very understanding and amiable. Other staff members were also very helpful and well mannered. And the hospital is very neat and clean.

Overall experience of our dilivery is very good and all the staff of the hospital is very friendly and our overall experience is very guud
