The doctors, nurses, and housekeeping staff all contributed to a positive experience. I appreciate the efforts of the entire team in providing excellent care and service. However, I did encounter some issues with the reception staff during admission. I hope this feedback will be helpful in improving your services. Extremely poor service. The staff is not cooperative at all. I had to follow up for everything on my own, which was very frustrating. There was no proper support from the hospital side, and even for reports I had to coordinate repeatedly. Overall, a very disappointing and stressful experience

I would like to share my terrible experience with Artemis Daffodils Hospital. My wife underwent hernia surgery at Daffodils by Artemis. While the surgery itself was conducted smoothly, the post-hospitalization experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. For my pre- and post-hospitalization insurance claim, my insurance partner requested a consolidated bill and a detailed final bill. It has now been more than a month, and despite multiple follow-ups, the hospital staff has been completely clueless and unresponsive. They have missed two committed timelines already, yet the required documents are still not shared. There is no ownership, no clarity, and no sense of urgency from their team. This level of inefficiency causes unnecessary stress to patients and their families, especially when insurance claims are time-sensitive. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Artemis Hospital due to their poor coordination, lack of accountability, and highly unprofessional post-treatment support. I was in room number 3105 and my consultant doctor was Dr.Anupama Sobti she is very good, polite and experienced doctor. The hospital is neat and clean. Staff is very supportive and caring. Daffodils by Artemis is an excellent hospital.
