The staff was very polite, professional and kind in dealing with the patient. 5/5 Food was good too. 4.5/5 Infra needs some renovations and work and can be improved. 3/5 Overall it was a good experience and we stayed in room no. 3102

They shared my number to some stem cell banking even i am not consulting with any of the doctor in hospital . This is really bad any patients personal number should remain confidential. Staff is sharing number to third party and they are continuously calling for their stemcell banking . Kindly look into this .

I had a very unpleasant experience during a blood test at Artemis Hospital. As a pregnant woman, I expected professional and careful handling — but unfortunately, the technician was clearly inexperienced. She had to call someone while reading the prescription just to confirm which tests to perform and how to do them, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. After the blood draw, I was left with a large, painful bruise on my arm — something that should never happen with trained staff. This kind of carelessness is unacceptable, especially when dealing with pregnant patients. Very disappointed and genuinely concerned about the level of basic competency. I hope the hospital seriously looks into improving the training of its lab staff.

My wife was admitted for about 3 days for her delivery at Room No. 1111 of Daffodils. The overall experience was excellent with the doctor ( Tuhina ) & night duty nurse and staff supporting staff (Sakuntala) were very caring, professional and attentive throughout the stay. Special thanks to the entire team.

All the staff members were so kind and polite. It made us felt like home rather than hospital. Everyone was so helpful to the extent that we hardly did anything. I really recommend this hospital for delivery. Best Doctor best staff experience I ever had in any hospital.
