Abhishek and mohit were swift with the process of purchase and RO. Had a good service.

We went there to purchase AC , we stood there for 15 minutes but staff members were not ready to entertain at all.Though they were not busy at that time but were busy in gossiping We felt insulted very badly and decided not to purchase anything from there.

Their service is becoming really bad day by day, me and my friend went today there for buying some accessories for his mobile and they were least intrested in guiding us, we called the people more than 7 time, they just come and spend hardly 2 mins with us and tell us roughly the specifications of product, and then move away and also they had very low quantity of bluetooth earbuds. And i really recommend you not to go their janakpuri branch, i really found it disgusting. You can try their other branches they might be good.

Worst experience after sales. During your visit to purchase they are humble and polite. After purchase, there is no support even within warranty period. Sales staff like Raju will misbehave with you on phone calls if you register a complain. Never buy any product from this store

As the name suggests, they are only interested in sales, mixed up specifications for washing machine, told features which weren't in that model, same guy isn't present later, so can't complain either. Also, would quote higher and then reduce the price later. Tried it for first time instead of Croma, never going again.

Deliver part is horrible. nobody is picking call number always busy all commitment is false. just they want to make money no customer satisfaction as compare this online Amazon and Flipkart is Better.

I have buy LG 592 lt fridge , transport, rope life and box open by Vijay sales aur LG persons, there is one dent , when I approach to Vijay salesman Mr Arvind abd he agree to replace the fridge but Mr Sanjeev Branch Manager agree but condition that they will open the box on GF (on the road) now further customer will uplift the fridge on 1st floor, whether it is duty on customer to lift the fridge to his house, I reauest to send Mr Sanjeev for refreher course for know how to handle the situation and he also said that you have signed the document so we r responsible. This is not fair for Vijay sales and customers

Worst experience staff behavior is very rude and poor Need to replace unit head or staff. today I came to buy fridge, cooler, juicer and TV but when I saw behavior of staff who was dealing with me name Ashish 3.5 year experience with Vijay Sales, because of his behavior I bought only cooler cash kindly improve or close this unit
