They are charging for new products but packing and selling the used and missing items stuff. Today I purchased the I cool Symphony cooler. The package was old and I thought it sometimes happens when things come from the godown. When I opened the package at home, to my surprise the cooler was used one with all the dust and cobweb on the pad,. all wheels laden with dust too with no remote inside the package. I tried contacting their given landline number given the bills many times but I never got connected. Ultimately I personally went to their outlet at Janakpuri and brought out the issue with them. The salesman instead tried to put the blame onto me as to why I didn't check before taking the package home. I told the guy check or no check it is the responsibility of the Vijay Sales to supply the fresh item rather than the used one. Finally I was able to get it replaced with fresh one, but that too without the box, possibly they keep the package with them to use it to befool other people. Again the remote given along with the cooler does not work. My wife too had bad experience before and she told me not to buy from Vijay Sales. I thought it is such a big showroom, maybe they have mended their ways. But I was wrong and terribly let down by the act and behaviour of their staff. I therefore encourage people never ever buy anything from Vijay Sales

Good variety and discounts

Nice place to buy electronics items like TV fridge ac washing machines mobile etc. Now a days sdmc have started parking charge in front of vijay sales. U should compare product online and neary by showeoom also for better experience. U may also ask best price they will try to best if possible. Extended warranty on product also available here.

This review is regarding Janakpuri branch. Anthony was doing my help in transferring data to my I phone. he was properly busy with me. But suddenly there BM AMIT PAL SINGH was shouting on his.i am very disappointed that that BM is shouting on floor and all customers are looking that scenario. even though it wasn't his fault. In this scenario need apologize from BM.
