If you received a damaged product delivered at your doorstep by Vijay sales after paying full amount at their shop, they will direct you to the company and won't change the product. Never ever pay them unless and until you physically checked the product and satisfie.

More employees less customers but no one is willing to help a enquiring customer. Very high prices than online. It takes 30 to 45 minutes just for the payment. No systematic way to handle customers. Not happy.
Vijay Sales is great place for multi brand electronics. I have purchased AC and mobile phone form there. Staff is very nice and they are very good for behavior. Some times its crowded but you can go there and find out some one to entertain you. This is near to metro station in direction towards tilak nagar.
The staff was commendable and the type of hospitality they provide is worth a visit especially I want to mention Ms. Rakhi , she helped me in choosing the correct package with my Emi selection.

Worst sales man and staff, Price are high then others, Billing section is poorest, not writes your information on bills, no parking facility, poor ambience, illiterate staff, Non knowledgeable staff about products, polishing required for whole staff. Drinking water not available, rude staff, insulting the customers. Please do not go their.
