I visited Vijay sales situated at B Block Janakpuri on the main Najafgarh Road. I wanted to buy an AC as well as an iPhone 11. I visited the store early in the morning and I was the first customer I suppose. I saw many sales executive which were grouped together and talking to each other nobody paid attention to me I myself went to the desk of Apple. Mr Mandeep then came who was already having chat and very much busy with his own mobile, but I asked him that what is the cost of iPhone 11. He said it is written here, Pointing towards the company’s pricetag. This guy was not a professional sales man, in fact he was busy with his colleagues and his mobile phone. He was unable to answer my questions though I was a genuine customer. No discount I was offered to me. Instead Mr Mandeep said this is the only price. Then I went to the air conditioner section and the salesman was not having any nameplate but after insisting so much on the price he pretended to see his price file and offered me Rs.28,000 for voice air-conditioner and he was also not able to answer my queries fully. I will never visit again the Vijay sales neither I tell anybody else to visit this place for any kind of purchase. As I told I was a genuine customer so I bought the AC of Voltas, and an iPhone 11 from one another store which I don’t want to name because they were quite interested in explaining everything to me after giving me The discpunt. I paid cash for these two items.

One stop shop for all your needs of white goods. Availability of range throughout product range. Prices are negotiable and onsite loan facility is available. Staff is courteous & helpful. The only negative is parking space.

DO NOT BUY HERE!! Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic!!!!! Vijay sales you’ve lost a customer for life because of your team leader Mr. Chanchal Jha. I bought a washing machine and a refrigerator for my house in Tilak Nagar and was promised home delivery for no charge for my third floor. Upon reaching the location, the delivery people started begging and the product turned out to be dead on arrival. Now getting a new/ correct product was a pain on my backside. Dealing with Mr. Jha made me question my decision of buying from VS. The product eventually came only after I asked Mr Jha to cancel my complete transaction. I am sure Mr Nilesh Gupta or Nanu Gupta wouldn’t be happy with your service, the quality which helped him build his empire, brick by brick. Will never recommend this store to anyone.

I brought a brand new LG ac from Vijay sales. Their staff helped me out to get a suitable ac for my home.. everything was so good.....the place was neat and clean as well.
