I purchased a microwave from Vijay sales janak puri, but they didn't update to the company for the product demo and product layed with me for more than 3 days. At the end I call to manufacture customer care and they schedule the demo. At weekends there is a huge rush so, kindly avoide weekend and even at cash counter you spend around 30 to 40 minutes.
My experience was very bad. I buy lenovo ideapad S340 from vijay sales and within 1 month laptop started creating problems. I talked with vijay sales but they didn't helped me on any matter even they were not ready to listen my problem and said complained to the company. Till now my laptopissue doesn't solved. I never suggest anybody to buy anything from them
