my experience was vey bad they are not picking up the phone they said they will deliver the product (MI 4x 55 inch) on the day of order but they have not delivered it yet and I called the delivery manager kunaal he was very rude and disconnected the call in between they said they will deliver it in hour on the day of order but they did not and we were waking till 10 PM clock there service is very bad they talk very sweetly while selling the product and after the payment they talk rudely and I am thinking they will not deliver it and I have to complaint an FIR

Having great experience with Vijay Sales Janakpuri, Purchased new mobile yesterday, giving best deal Mr. Mangesh.

The place is crowded. On entrance, the guard is there holding hand sanitizer. Staff is good and helping and finance option available from HDFC, Bajaj etc. Wide variety of electronics are there including mobile phones, televisions, home appliances, music systems, gadgets, acccesories etc. It is quite a famous brand name in India and is in market from a long time. Prices and offers or cashbacks change time to time, Diwali and year end time has great discounts. Overall, a decent experience at this store with staff.

It was the worst experience of our life. We went to purchase a TV. The customer service was pathetic. My father and mother were both there. There was no place to sit and nobody to help us .The employees were more interested in gossiping it seems. She asked for a glass of water and was told to go near the stair case. There are glasses of water kept there and she can have it. She was not feeling well but still walked all the way from cash counter where my father was standing for almost 1and a half hours to get the bill. There were no filled glasses there and on asking one of the employee got the answer when the boy will come he will replace it. WOW! WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE???????? After all this ordeal we took the T. V home and waited till 7.45 for the person from LG to install it. But no one came. We called LG and were told they had not receive any order. Again a BBBIIIGGG WOW FOR VIJAY SALES. BUT the customer service at LG was hatsoff as he apologize, took our request and promise that it would be done next day between 11-12. Which actually happened. A sincere advise to the top bosses of Vijay Sales PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE. MY advice to all reading this please be ready for anything when u visit vijay sales janakpuri.

Horrible experience with Vijay sales. They send third party people to install the air-conditioners. First i received damaged product and then the person ( saurabh ) who came for installation was handling the ac unit as if it's a ball. He was installing the plastic fins with a hammer. Moreover he don't have manners to talk. He even damaged my voltage stabalizer because he was very careless and unprofessional. In the end when the ac was turned on the alignment of the fan/motor was out and the ac fan was making loud grinding noise. Excellent work by Vijay sales and it's so called installation team!! Update :- it's been 10 days still i haven't received replacement unit. I had to bear the scorching heat of Delhi for 10 days just because vijay sales is so unprofessional. Update 2 :- The replacement unit was supposed to be delivered after 10 days. Today i received a call from vijay sales and was informed that the replacement unit is also not functioning. I have been asked to wait for another couple of days! God knows for how many more days this mental harrassment will continue. I request everyone to stay away from vijay sales!!

Good shop for electronics goods. Better than Chroma stores aa prices are better here. But today that Salesperson are very busy don't have time for customers.

If u don't want any headache pl big no to vijay sale. They r cheater.there your credit card not working only bank fiancee working they have lots of hidden charge I payed after shopping .
