Sandeep Kumar helped us with buying our Morphy richards OTG and he was really helpful and guided us throughout the process. It was a smooth and simple experiment.
Neeraj Jha & Nitin Bhalla, Ramnik were great in recommending the RO and Gas Stovetop. Thanks for the great service!
Best experience Vijay sales Best demo and suggest me best television Sony Bravia Aman ji
Today I went with my daughter to vijay sales janakpuri to buy a mobile. We hardly took 40 mins to make a choice and done with purchase. Meanwhile, I being the regular customer of them- I requested for some discount which I believe is a right to every customer whether given or not. To that I was directed to their manager ANISH and to my surprise he was well behaved being in customer relation job. He had a very rude attitude which I faced not sure if that man was not in a mood of sale as we only asked for a discount of 500 considering the price was that much higher when compared from amazon. Also, my daughter chose JBL SPEAKERS to which none addressed for quite sometime but when showed from a representative was good and satisfactory. But upon asking for some discount ANISH said mam I have other things also, please excuse me. This was really not acceptable from a manager especially when you are in a customer facing business. 2 stars just for the representative who showed me JBL. HATS DOWN TO ANISH.
Yuvraj and Simran did a fabulous job for choosing the right phone for my loved one, they are extremely friendly professional. All the best guys
This really big store.. we went for buying wireless bluetooth headphones but I didn't found any executive over there to guide... I have requested many times to many executive but everyone is like ignoring us.. i have waited for 30 minutes then I left.... I think they don't need genuine buyer.
His Service is Much Batter Than other Stores.... Good job..🫡 …
This place is nice and have quality products. Though some of the items are not available which are essential at this point of time like blowers. They just have bajaj... This store is quite close to the janak Puri metro station and it is quite visible from the main road.. I would certainly recommend this place as it provides electronic goods on good price .
