During the time of sale they r very nice but after that their phone is always busy. They never get back to u. Information shared by sale staff varies from actual info e.g. installation charges etc

Qn 17th January this month..we bought SUNFLAME CRYSTAL PLUS 4 BURNER GAS COOK TOP from Vijay sales janakpuri.we were told that next day it will be installed but even after 4days no body came...on Thursday when they installed..they said that it is a DEFECTIVE product.. there was a leakage from one of the knob of cooktop...till today inspite of our so many complaints they are saying that we don't have part which is to b changed.. they are not ready to replace the cooktop.Vijay sales janakpuri gave us defective cooktop..As it is very dangerous for us to use . 4th March.... I'm adding another review today on 4th of March...that after a month of purchasing..ie.on 26th February one of the stand which is made up of iron...broke as I put my cooker on it... They have really given us a defective or second hand piece of crystal plus.

This is one place I can recommend whole heartedly to everyone. Undoubtedly they have best prices and after sales service also good.

Most of my electronics items are purchased by Vijay Sales. Many products with wide range with multiple finance facility are phenomenal and added advantage for purchaser. If you are a serious buyer and once you go to vijay sales, can't come back with out buying.
