Croma - Saket Pvr

I bought 1+5t with broken screen protector. They did not have that time another one to replace called me again. They had such a excellent service that I told the manager never will I ever visit Croma again!

Basic store. Went there looking for refrigerators and washing machines. Sales person read out the brand names and prices to us which was already printed and posted in bold on them. Came back without any additional info or experience.

Chroma is recomending Gizmohelp mobile insurance Then u purchase phones.And there is a guy Debashish who also promises lot of fake things while selling gizmo insurance.but when u go for claims ,they reject it and also not refund your money.Sorry to see the partnership of Chroma with such fraudsters.Chroma Is also part of this Scam thats why they have given place to such fraudsters to sell fake insurances.

Worst experience with croma.... Bought croma led and aquagaurd on Sunday 26 March 2017 till today no one came for installation.... I am following them since Monday but they are making fool of us by giving wrong estimations .... We told them we are staying in malviyanagar n water is not that hard still then thy provide us aquagaurd with high tds as informed by eureka installation team as its not good for Health..... They are now refusing that there is no model in same for low tds but team is telling it's there.... Afternoon led installation team called me n told me they will come for installation n I gave time around 6 .... I rushed from office in gurgaon early to Malviya nagar n made to reach by 5:45, then I called that person then he said he is coming after that I called around 6:30 another person picked the call n said he forgot his phone.... After that I called no of times but no one attended .... I raised complaint then my husband went to store n other guy called for installation n time was around 8:30 ...i asked him where r u n he said chattarpur then I told him u have to come to malviyanagar then he said this time then I said yes... Then I gave him location n waited till 9:15 and called him again then he said he is not having level meter so he can't come.... What the f***ing service they have..... I will never buy anything from croma.... I am now frustrated with croma n seriously want to give their products back

I am not happy with their behaviour they are only consider as seller point of view not as costumers. I bought a Nokia phone around 20 days ago with very hard convenience I did not want to buy Nokia phone I wanted buy Moto G6 but because of them I bought unfortunately my phone is not working properly so I want replacement of my phone but they are not replacing and not trying to understand my problem. So help me to replace my phone.

I used to purchase lots of gadgets from here but I personally noticed one very bad thing that the sales executives are very smart they generally used to sell gadgets which are having good profit, they never used to guide you for the best products even if they do not give the right suggestion. The Croma itself is a very prominent name in India but executives are not up to the mark this is why their customers are moving to other destinations like Vijay Sales, Relience digital and Online shopping. Varieties of gadgets and home appliances are available there but I would like to suggest... before visiting here you should make up your mind firmly about what you are going to purchase. I wanted to replace my gadget but they denied it. I purchased a OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5g mobile.
