We placed an order for a Pureit Water Purifier and a Chroma Cooktop on 3rd September. Given we were within a 3 km range of the Chroma and that the items were in stock (checked before ordering), we were promised prompt delivery of the appliances and the bills to go with on the 5th with free installation by the next day. Here is what was received and installed before the items from Chroma: 1. Ac AC ordered with on competitor store - ordered on 6th, installed on 7th 2. A bed ordered with localized store - ordered on 3rd evening, received on 6th 3. Furniture ordered on 3rd and delivered on 5th Chroma items were delivered on 6th and 7th. Water purifier installed on 8th, despite multiple reminders and follow ups the bill was only received on 10th September. On request of the installation of the cooktop we were apprised that the installation would have to be purchased. The installation guy found a fault with the design of the cooktop is now asking us for payment to modify the cooktop. I won't even get to how overpriced the items were. Such experiences from a Tata brand are harrowing to say the least.

They gave me old voltas ac model and charged me for the new... Manager told me some one will come from voltas company.. No body came.. . defective ac by tata voltas ...tata crama saket staff is total fraud...they will show u something at shop and send u something else at ur place...pls check ur piece before installation as later they will say that they cant do any thing as it is already installed..
