I purchased a voltas ac but I got some problem at the time of installation I visited for request to solve my problem There was a Amit named person store manager He was ready for fight not listening my a single word Now I am going to complaint about there service in consumer court I told them that they are not supporting me I will go consumer court they are taking our law and everything as a joke. He is saying go and do. I don't care. Please don't visit this store in your life. They are not caring about their existing customers. I am tired and frustrated. They are making a customer life hell. We purchase anything with the name of Croma but some employees like Amit making it worse. He told me his employee code. I don't think it is right or not But he is a store manager i hope ( 12013 )

A prime shop with all electronic gadgets of multiple brands available here. Parking at the doorstep is a challenge here and sometimes you need to struggle or you can park DDA parking in front of the store, but you need to walk a lot. Rest staff is friendly and the store is crowded as many People reach there to shop for gadgets. You can but mobile, TV, Laptop, Kettle Sounds system, iron, pods, chargers, and much more premium gadgets.

I went to Anupam croma store to exchange my neckband bluetooth. And I like the customer support person. He was very sweet and good. So my experience was very good.

I love to buy products from. Croma because you can easily demonstrate the products that you like to purchase. A great place to pass your time by exploring cool gadgets and electronic products. The reason I have rated 4 star is because the employees working here are less trained and don't have product knowledge. They are not promoting their products while the customers have doubts to choose a product, once I convinced 3 different customers to buy same HTC mobiles but the employee didn't had the skill to promote HTC mobile, he was just promoting Apple mobiles and the customer was least interested about Apple. He didn't confirm the budget nor he understood the customer's choice.
