Good product range and good service staff knowledgeable in croma
I got the review from my friends that croma have discounts, so I reached to Croma staff was nice and supported they provide answers to all my queries, but I found prices are higher from what I am getting from my Regular electronics showroom.
The low feedback is because of the attitude the sales guys. Due to COVID everyone want to stay away from crowd. I was 2nd in billing queue and a sales guy named Ravinder came with his customer and made a sale from credit card machine directly and waited for 1st person to clear. When my sales guys went to enter the details, he jumped the queue and told my sales guy that he already billed his customer so he need to enter the details first. This is completely unprofessional attitude and such people but a brand name on stake. He should be put back to training. Such a shame he is.

I bought an ac yesterday and asked 10 time for installation will be done today only they said yes we will definitely install but after buying no response even in croma customer care no. No response. If you can not complete your commitment close your store. Pathetic service
Good service and good products price
Located in Saket, just opposite to PVR anupam complex. Though not a very big store as compared to others, but still a good range of products have been placed in showroom for customers to select from. I went to buy an iron, but the range of irons was very limited, though I bought from the available stock itself, as that was a Philips product, so you can buy without any doubt in your mind. But yes, there should be more such kind of products to be put in place so that customers can have more options to select. In terms of connectivity, get down at Malviya Nagar metro and take exit towards PVR anupam. Either you can take an auto or 10 mins walk. CROMA always recommendable !!
