Visited Croma on 08.08.2020 with purpose of buying a laptop . found too many executives who kept on pointing each other. In the end they all pointed to the only two executives who were busy attending other customers. Waited for about 20 minutes, even as other executive were chatting among themselves..walked out and ordered a laptop from flipkart for a better discounted price

Precautions were taken during covid 19..temprature check.. Sanitizer .. Stock is still limited.. There is no newer products at this time.. Social distancing was done by costumers and employees... Bought an Hp envy x360 from croma saket. It had to be sent to the service centre within 3 days of purchase. Staff doesn't take responsibilty and doesn't bother to entertain your querries once sale is done. Very disappointed wouldn't recommend this outlet to anyone.

The so-called department manager, Ms. Archana, startled me with her response when I contacted a few days ago to enquire about the repair of mixer coupler. She asserted that croma doesn't do the repair work of coupler. That too, when the mixer is only a few months old and I have taken extended warranty. Over and above this, she told me that a little 10% of the mixer's cost will be paid to me. I wrote to customer care and the issue is resolved without any escalation. However, I am certain, Archana must unquestionably finish the product-related training. Her ignorance might harm the company's brand and lead to disgruntled customers.
