Croma - Saket Pvr

Gives the same deals..as others stores are giving... vijay sales and reliance digi are far more better than croma. Croma has only 1 trick to tackle the customers by giving a local/non branded item of 100-200 rs which has very MRP as a complimentary gift with your purchase. Not good enough for buying expensive stuff !!

Parking here is an issue. Your vehicle can be towed away by the traffic police. Good variety of products available.

Recently I bought a HP wireless Mouse from Croma Saket I was in bit hurry so didn't open the box and bring home as it is, next day morning when I reached office I open the box seal And got to know that usb is missing from the box I take the box in same condition to the Croma and they refused to return the product by saying that why didn't you checked the product earlier in store. And thats how I wasted my 600 rupees by trusting Croma after service.

These guys are the worst. Countless bad experiences. Poor customer service at the store, the staff are more eager to sell you stuff to complete their targets and poor knowledge about the product itself.

I am really disappointed with Croma, purchase two Philips head phone for gift but when one person was trying to replace the same and wanted updated unit, but only after purchase of less than week time they not returned the same. Now its better we buy online than Croma. Croma DLF is really not good to purchase any item.

Best place for shopping electronic and home appliances and other goods in best offers and value. you can also check from chroma website. Staff behaviour was really good and humble. My experience was good with this store

Extremely worst service. Sent a Tab for software reload. But straight away refused as they cant do without a bill even if billable or chargeable. I was ready to pay but they refused. Looks like if you buy a Croma product u just have to throw it away if you lost the bill..!!!!! Very unprofessional behaviour from the team at this franchise.

Suffered a loss of more than 10000/- rupees just because of careless and unprofessional staff. Croma is a fraud and a worst place to buy anything. The staff is very unsupportive and don't care about customers. Selfish and ruthless people working in this store. Don't buy anything from Croma instead buy things online from Amazon/ flipkart. There is a guy Harpreet who is expert in making fool of customers
