Actually it was a quick in quick out visit, but for the short duration that I was there, the staff seem courteous and well informed just like any other Croma store. But then it's kinda of expected from a Tata enterprise.....isn't it?
I bought lloyed 1.5 ac from this outlet which got broke down thrice in 3 month...when i talk to the customer care they took 1 weeks time to arrange a technician and when u complain to them about it they behave rudely....so guys don't buy goods from here..highly non recommended place
Worst place to buy anything. I bought 5 split AC in April 2022 and one of them is not working since it’s installed and there is no response from their end. I suggest not to visit this store. Hopeless place.

Worst after sales service .fake comitments..without solving complaint they put status prob solved and they delete all the previous complaints they dnt keep complaints records..wrost customer care...

Today i went to Croma because i was facing issue with my one plus buds brought from this Croma store. I went to CSD to get my problem solved but then the csd assistant asked me to pay 270rs to send my buds to one plus store! What the hell is going on here! If i only have to go to one plus then why Croma selling these products and asking money to send it to one plus when don't have anything do to with it. Croma is just a bogus mediator for earing money? When they don't provide any service to customer. Pathetic customer service, don't go here or buy products again.
