Yesterday we purchased i One plus z2 from croma saket pvr and we experience pathetic service from croma we asked for water atleast 2,3 times but they were busy talking to each other...bad experience in croma

Horrible service, nobody picks up the call, and the costumer service is very very bad. Bought a loptop and it system problem in a week, and the Croma representatives are unable to anything about it for the past 10 days. Also neither do they ever pick up the costumer service helpline number.
I bought one plus 6t from here and one plus promoter offer me 1000 voucher if I bought the phone in same price that was 29k but it's has been 5 month already still not received ....even I visited them again but promoter shifted to another store and there was no help at all...
