Very poor response and service. I bought an AC last year from the Saket Store and the free service is pending. I have been calling the store for 4 days now. No action taken after calls and complaint on Chroma website also.
Have been at this place many times. Have good range . Staff is courtous . Have purchased items from the shop 4-5 times. Delivery has been on time always ...

Staff are lier when they selling products that time thay comment totally fake regards the product about the product warranty but, when we visit for the complaint about the product they denied for everything.
rahul is very helpfull sales person,And all the staff of the store are very helpful .
I buy the AC 1.5ton split in Croma Saket Delhi .after 11month I called the customer care for AC service .they register my complain.and send his exutive then he done the service .after days I was on my AC and but AC is not working properly and not cooling also .then I was calling the customer care again.he said we are sending our engineer.but still there is no engineer visit last One week .but I was calling everyday but no proper response.still not coming any person from Croma. Croma after sell service is not good very pathetic.im very upset with this brand nobody buy Croma AC.s may be other products also .
