Croma - Saket Pvr

Its a good store for electronics, you can find really good options of goods here although sometimes the prices being offered here might be too high compared to the stuff you can get online. It sometimes has exclusive devices not even available online like some of the new Samsung folds which weren't available online in india were available here in croma. They used to have playstation and Xbox but at my last visit I failed to saw one so I'm not sure if they dont keep them or they don't keep em for show. Although when buying something it's good to consider checking out other stores nearby Aswell there's Vijay sales and a new electronics store really close to it. So when making an expensive purchase comparing bw these shops is a good idea.

Nice in terms of Products availability but the salesmen are way too pushy.Inspite of saying no they keep on pushing you to buy product of their choice.I went to purchase oneplus 5t nd the salesman kept me pushing to buy LG G6.At last i got absolutely irritated and angry..very bad experience .plz improve!!!

Croma Saket is at very nice location. I visited Croma for purchasing refrigerator. due to covid-19 pandemic, their stock might have been affected as i could not see much options. but in such situations, every other outlets/shops are affected. what i liked the most there was, inspite of the rush, croma staff very much politely explained about each and every feature of the product. he gave his time. Apart from refrigerator, almost variety of appliances were available there.

Staff needs to be more vigilant about the customers and need to ensure that customer should not be looking around store searching for them to get there queried resolved.

I have so far good experience buying stuffs from Croma. Staff are cordial and explain about the products in details. They also have amazing offers on products.

Cheated by sellers here.i brought an split ac of 1.5 ton of chroma and took extended guarantee of 2 years .they promised to completely replace the product if anything wrong with air conditioner during 3 year guarantee period.but now they are denied any such offer n are trying to exploit money from us n my ac is lying damaged
