The store is absolutely awful in terms of service, and if you'll look at the recent reviews they will be backing my words as well. The staff is least bothered about the customer post purchase. With over pushy sales and unbothered customer service, this store deserve a big 0 out of 10 for customer experience.

I have recently visit croma to buy washing machine for home and staff was good they gudied me very well and explain all features of the machine i will tell my friend's and family about croma

Good range of products but some of the sales people are very pushy... to an extent I walked out even when I actually wanted to buy some stuff. They sometimes need to let people explore the options rather than pushing to sell a year old model of a particular item to clear their remaining stocks.

One of the worst store ever. I had bought a Baku adapter from this store in the month of may. It had issues as it used to charge sometimes and otherwise it wouldn’t. Finally I got the same replaced in July. Sadly the issue continued and I had to again go back to the same store for a solution to which the manager and the executives sounded least interested in even interacting over this matter. They were happy to say that if the adapter works in our store then we would consider it good enough and wouldn’t entertain the customer any further. I had purposely clicked a picture suggesting the issue wherein the phone wasn’t getting charged with this adapter and was getting charged with another adapter with the same usb cable. I showed them the picture to which the manager was least interested. FYI- this adapter was sold to me for the sake of one year warranty. I have been a loyal customer to this store since the last 10 years but this issue has prompted me not to ever visit this store or any Croma store. These guys first offer a product under warranty and later they are willing to wash their hands off when to real service. BEWARE…. You might be their next target.
