Product availability 4/5 Staff behaviour 5/5 Overall 4.5/5 I went with my friends to purchase a few products and as usual was confused between some options. The sales staff Monu was a great help and was patient in answering all our queries. He even waited late night to get us our product and in setting up the entire gadget. Overall a great experience. A big shout out to Mr. Monu...Do look for him if you want a great deal and buy the best product that fits your requirements.

I really had a good experience there .... recently I visited croma saket for buying ac for me ...they really provided a good service ....they are really customer oriented...Mr . Shravan Srivastava provided us detailed information about various products and really help me a lot in each step through out my purchase ....he was really very polite

The store has enough variety and boasts of an extensive display. Logically that is what a customer desires. The sad part looks like there are more salesmen than customers. As a result you feel swamped by sales people who have little technical or product knowledge. I got a feeling they are looking for quick sales and actually left without purchasing.

This one is the most pathetic croma store i have ever visited. The staff is completely rude. I went to buy an iphone and the croma executive there forcing me to buy apple care. It’s my money my choice if i want to buy it or not. He was not letting hdfc finance person to finance my iphone without apple care even when the approved limit was around 2 lakh rupees. Neither they were ready to match the price from their own website. Nobody should go there they are very rude. Close the store croma.

Very nice staff, they handle and understand things very well and the products are very good

This was the worst experience I've had at this store. I purchased an AC and received false promises about delivery, offers, and the maintenance scheme. All three services were bogus. To top it off, I gave my credit card for a one-time payment, and today I found out they put it on a 6-month EMI with a 15% interest rate. The staff is not supportive of resolving any of my issues. If possible, I would give it a rating of half a star.

He was not pushy at all, and instead focused on helping me find the right product within my budget. Thanks to his support, I felt confident in my purchase and am very happy with the Blue Star AC I bought. I highly recommend Mr. Deepak Kumar to anyone looking for expert assistance and a smooth buying experience. He is truly an asset to the Croma team!
