They don't get irritated even if you ask them a number of times things you don't understand which I have seen is not the case in other stores. They provide pretty good offers on all the products. Definitely a good place to buy gadgets.

Worst experience I ever had. They don’t even deserve a star. Only expect 3rd class customer service by them. I don’t know why they don’t even bother to build a relationship with their clients and fulfil their client requirements. After a purchase, don’t expect they will gonna be update you regarding your delivery. There customer service is worst as compared to any outlet’s in Delhi. Would suggest don’t look for Croma if you genuinely need a good assistance. 2-3 days after installation of the product I’m getting message regarding delivery “It’s pitty’’. No bill was provided to me at the time of delivery as well. I don’t think if there is no coordination between their own staff and where the clients have been taken for granted then any one should invest their hard earned money there.

Very bad experience with this saket branch, Croma. On 23rd November 2024 their sales person sold me an item which was out of stock. which was supposed to be received in 5-7 days but not delivered. And For which I had to take continuous follow up and everyone from junior to senior executives of Croma kept giving me excuses again and again. I asked for a refund for which they kept troubling me about 10-15 working days policy and finance complicated policy. Also they told me my choice is to switch to some other brand or get an open pack display item which is filled with full scratches without reducing the price. After my persuasion, he again made a false call by (sidharth) saying that the stock would arrive in 2-4 days. On my second follow up, his senior Vikas told me to take the display item due to the same old reasons or said that it was not in stock. When I finally asked for everyone's name after giving a warning of complaint, they gave a solution after 10 mins and got the item delivered to me on the 20th day (13 dec 2024). with bad delivery executives Those who were using abusive language towards my neighbor because they were suggesting to climb the item with a rope. Please choose unstock items wisely or buy only of these in stock.
