Croma - Saket Pvr

Croma Saket Pvr..... Ka bahut Bakwaas staff hai.. Sirf ek staff 2nd staff se maje lete ya baate krte dikhte hai... Inko na toh company ki policy na toh phone number tak pta hota ajeeb Baat Hai.... Dikhaya phone number toh bolte hain yhe number nhi hai jiii or ture caller pr bhi show ho rha hai toh usse bhi fake bol rhe hain aishe hain staff members.... Aree kam se kam policy batoo inko plz #croma ke owner..

This was my first purchase from croma saket and i faced a hell lot of issues as the TV i have ordered is not arrived yet.. its been 4 days we are waiting for tv but did not get..when we enquired about tha tv delivery status croma’s team said, sir tv is misplaced and gave us a solution to either cancel the order for which we have to pay three EMI installment or else we have to ordr a new tv which is high in price. This was totally unacceptable behaviour and was not expected from the croma.. i should have purchased tv from vijay sales atleast i would have not faced this drama.. i am attaching screenshot of the chat done with store person and i am still waiting for my TV.

Well mannered staff , very polite

Very poor and unprofessional delivery by Croma, Saket. They told me delivery will be in between 11:00 am -5:00 pm. They didn’t provide any details of a delivery person and no response. I had to call them back and forth to get details of a delivery person. At 4:00 pm, delivery person told me very confidently that he will arrive before 5:00 pm and till 6:00 pm he has not arrived. I was stuck and wasted my time. POST Delivery Review: In spite of giving assurance from the salesperson at the store still they have sent me the 2022 model in August 2023. In 2020, I had a similar experience with the delivery and in 2023 things haven't changed.

had bought 1.5 ton new brand air condition of Croma company from Croma Electronics Saket just 2 days ago service of Croma center is very bad Staff does not give correct information here only there is a hurry to sell the product their professional mechanic is fitting air condition For this, even the grill of the window can be removed properly. My own personal experience was that in 2 days the air condition was installed, in which the glass of the window was broken, for which there was no compensation. I would advise all my viewers to think carefully before purchasing any electronic item from Croma because their service is not good and the attitude of the staff is also not good.
