No proper care in HDU and ICU. They play fool of the people. My father was admitted here and when I discharged him, he had severe bedsores. They were unable to treat him as he was terminally ill, they asked us to take him home. Till the time we discharged him, he was lying there. Nobody cares untill you are able to complain. They don't even spounch patients in HDU everyday. They dont treat patients with respect. Very high charges and very high mortality rate.

My mother recently had a liver transplant operation in ILBS and she's recovering well . All doctors and staff are very helpful and humble. The cost of operation is lower than other hospitals in Delhi.

This hospital killed my father giving him sorafenib to treat liver cancer whereas i survwyed the internet amd it showed that this drug kills the liver. This is nothing but a Money making hospital. Starting from OPD till hospitalisation. You will be surprised with the bill you get and Dr Sumit, nurses in emergency all don't know how to talk to patients relatives. They never tell you what treatment they are giving. Even Dr Harsh is HDU gave him paracetamol that's when he died. How can they give paracetamol to a patient whose liver is not functioning? They don't even hAve answera for it. Even if you complain to the duty officer or anyone , it's of no use they just want the money and support their staff.

Do not ever come to this hospital. Rude behaviour of staff, very unprofessional. Money minded. Pathetic service. Even if you come in an emergency you have to wait for your turn to get inside the emergency ward.

Never take even your worst enemy! More like a money making 5 star hotel. Patient admitted from general ward, taken to ICU, then ventilator, started in dialysis, then heart also stopped working properly ,finally death and they keep even after that to make as much money as possible.

It's being a wonderful experience with ILBS hospital. My elder brother Deependra Singh mehta was suffering from liver disease since 2015. We took him to many hospitals but his conditions became more critical.Meanwhile we came to know about ILBS through our family friend and we searched on internet about the same. It was a difficult decision to take him Delhi as we are from an interior place of Uttarakhad. But it was a matter of our brother's life. So we took him to ILBS but the thought about the hospital was totally different. All staff as well as the DR's were very helpful. My brother's condition was much critical and liver transplant was only the option. Dr. Pamecha and the team took an initiative and hard decision,of liver transplant.Where it take weeks for test of doner they made them in a single day because my brother was unconscious for couple of days. As all the test were positive the started the operation,it was a success. But my brother was still unconscious,we were worried but it was Dr. Pamecha and team who supported and was there for us. It took 15 days to my brother to be conscious and we show improvement in him. He was out of danger and under observation. In couple of days he again, was in coma. This time whole family dropped their hope, but it was again the same Dr. Pamecha and staff who told us to be calm and they did a miracal. Slowly and steadily he started improving. From like a dead body he is now a fully normal man and enjoying his life. This is the incident which made me to think why the success rate of ILBS is above 98%. My special thanks to Dr. Pamecha ,Dr. Kumar ,Dr. Devi and Dr. Ankur and the whole ILBS staff who supported our family 🙏🙏

Hospital is one of the best in country. But its in interior location. Didnt find proper trasportation services, at night difficult to get any transportation there. The canteen there are costly. Compare to their price not giving proper services. Not enough drinking water, tissue papers and cleaning the table and services are poor.
