Excellent services and behaviour was very good.
Very quick and satisfied service provide by team
Great service given by suban Sai Mahindra thanks Suraj service advisor for giving me a great service
The staff was extremely helpful, especially Ms. Shalu and Mr. Suraj. Overall the experience was satisfactory. Kudos to team Shuban Sai Mahindra (Mayapuri).
They gave appointment at 8:30. Staff comes in at 10 am. For routine service they take 5 to 6 hours. They don't even have car washing facility. Waiting lounge was ok, tea and water was provided. Staff was ok but you are not allowed to watch what they are doing with your car. I would not recommend it to anyone.
Dunia ka sabse jaada jhoot yaha bola jaata hai.
In one word the service staff have very lethargic approach specially Mr. Thakur ...even for the minor running repair on my scorpio N this service station need a day time ...totally pathethic experience i came all the way from haridwar to change front disk pad (very urgent braking issue) but the timelines told me by Mr. Thakur service advisor told me seems like they don't want more customers. After this i go to MALWA MAHINDRA SERVICE AT LAWRENCE ROAD .. what a approach..they fix my car and even update form kotak within 2 hours..i love the way they treat customers..even other people and customers are happy actually they are enjoying the service offered by malwa mahindra and within strict timelines....if mahindra people is hearing please remove such dealers they are deteriorate the mahindra's service image they work to ruin mahindra's service image..better to opt some other service center
Thanks a ton for a very professional service. Barely any time wasted and a quality service was provided.
