Good experience, staffs are cordial, professionally expert and they addressed all issues adequately and completed timely. Thanks for the service... Great job..
Typical Mahindra Service. Just talk to any customer sitting there and you will exactly know what kind of basic issues they feel there. Really disappointing service
Pathetic service. Mr Amar and his other whole team. Worst experience ever
Excellent service Staff behavior is 👍 …
Perons are rude don't listen Bad behavior Did waste my time going there
A service workshop that not only cares for your car but also cares for the customers. The services were prompt and workmanship is excellent. The work done on your vehicle is explained to you and you can either stand and see the work or enjoy your coffee in the lounge. A special mention for the receiption... as they take good care of you. I was really touched when I was told that they will arrange for a lunch as the repairs will take some time. In my last 12-13 years, I have been to Ford, Maruti and Tata workshops. But I find this service workshop to be the best because of the services and personal touch for customers. Please keep up the good work.
Great service provided by shuban sai team Special thanks to shalu ma'am 👍 …
A nice service station managed by nice sales personnel who are soft spoken and professional.
Very very bad experience…4 times bolne k baad bhi car ko clean nahi keya…na he engine ko acche sai saaf keya…I doubt oil bhi change hua ki nahi …pasie full service k leye hai
Horrible experience at Shuban Sai Mahindra Mayapuri. My Thar [DL4CBB2003] is stuck for 20 days with an Engine Failure (Oil-Water mixing). Instead of fixing this manufacturing defect, Zonal Head Vinay Kumar and RCCM Sanjay Kamlani are putting false 'meter tampering' charges on me. I have been a loyal customer since 2009 with 5 Mahindra Thars, and now they tell me 'Do whatever you want'. Pure harassment! Shwetansh Mishra and the team are incompetent. Avoid this workshop!
