Shuban Sai Mahindra Workshop

The service was really good. Service centre was clean and everyone was so friendly. Shalu helped me the entire day and took care of all the needs. She provided me breakfast and lunch as the process took the entire day. Gopal the advisor, was also really helpful, he helped me in the entire process and assist me with all the activities and billing process. Overall it was great experience. I would recommend this service centre to everyone. You won’t regret :) Services Auto engine tuning

Very pathetic service of workshop, for insurance claim this is not the right place. Plz go somewhere else. They dont have capacity to convice the insurance company for claim. They even charge for cotton, fevi kwik and cloth used during repair. I have paid 150 rs for cotton. They dont even try to solve the issue, they just replace the part of ur vehicle, while that part can be repairable. I highly recommend go some where else to repair n service ur vehicle. I just regret that i have purchased xuv700 of mahindra.

Good visit experience, front office is neat and clean. Customer lounge is too good. Receptionist ms shalu is very supportive. She offered refreshment to each and every customer , her courtesy make my mind very attractive to this service branch.

Excellent service and great staff

Poor management poor response don't go for service

sbse ghtia showroom in logo ne merio puri car ka satyanash kar diya kissi sikhte hue bande ko ar dekr meri car ka accident kra diya or meri car theek bhi nhi kri or upar se meri car ko blacklist kr diya in kamino ne inse koi bhi apni car thik na karaye or na hi service karaye

I had a very disappointing experience with Shuban Sai Mahindra Service Centre in Mangol Puri. The overall quality of service was extremely poor and did not meet the standards expected from an authorized Mahindra service provider. The staff appeared to lack the necessary technical knowledge, and to make matters worse, the mileage was incorrectly recorded on both the bill and the service estimate. The car was returned to me in an unclean condition, with visible stains still present—raising serious concerns about the thoroughness and quality of their work. Additionally, I was charged more than the billed amount, and no one from the service centre reached out for a feedback call, which is typically standard practice. I also have doubts about whether the service details were properly updated on Mahindra’s official online portal, which is concerning for record-keeping and warranty tracking. This was my first time dealing with this service centre, and unfortunately, it has left a very negative impression. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and consider other options before choosing this facility for vehicle servicing.
