Shuban sai Mahindra workshop gave us a b excellent service and we received completed satisfaction from here...Staff behaviour is Well and Fascinating.
Thank you so much Mahindra service station and Gopal ji for helping us in our issue quickly solved
Wonderful experience in getting delivery of XUV 700. Team efforts were commendable especially Sony and her colleges were xtremly helpful. Wishing them good luck n future consumer satisfaction. Delay of about 2 hours in delivery could hv been reduced if d staff had done d paper work a day earlier.. over all a wonderful experience vd Shuban Sai Mahindr.
Service done staff behaviour is good
Pathetic service.
I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding service and Manager Roshan Rai's professionalism and courtesy. Having had experienced with car services previously, I was very impressed with how my car was handled . The team involved was very dedicated in getting my car serviced quickly and getting it ready in great condition. Kudos to the whole team for making it such a pleasant experience.
Very neat and clean sitting area. Good service by mr.gopal
My experience was amazing 😍 nd the staff are so friendly,,,,, priyanshi is so sweet in nature and behaviour nd always talk politely to everyone …
It was an excellent experience. The staff was very helpful.
In all my 25 years of professional experience, I was made to learn and follow that NEVER SAY NO TO THE CUSTOMER IN SERVICE INDUSTRY. But I had a starkly disappointing experience at Shuban Sai Mahindra, Mayapuri, on 07 September 2025 at 10:50 am, when my request for same-day service of my XUV 500 was declined on flimsy grounds—even after escalation to the service head, Mr. Gopal. I resolved never to return to this outlet. In contrast, Koncept Mahindra, Okhla service centre, was exemplary, when call upon, they confirmed availability while I was en route, noted my odometer reading over the phone, and had the service manager ready upon arrival. My advice: avoid this Mayapuri outlet and head straight to Okhla for a professional experience.
