Disappointed with service. I asked them to update the software and alexa related issues. the remain unattended. They are charging more but no satisfied services. We have to wait entire day and they are not extending vehicle pickup or dropping facility. Overall, i am disappointed
One of the best experience so far. I must compliment Mr Gopal for making my car’s first service experience awesome. Everything was so nice, convenient, comfortable and professionally enriched. Highly recommended. Delivery exactly on time, service absolutely perfect and experience thoroughly amazing.
Great experience as always expected. Miss Shalu at reception is great attendant. Offered lunch and breakfast, to each and every customer. She Attends all customers with a great courteous. Not a single minute felt bored or awaited for advisors.
Expert macanilal technicians. superb service. Tuned our XUV 700 to again showroom condition. Very very much satisfactory services, Specially Mr Piyush our advisor is very knowledgeable, cooperative and helpfull , thanks too him for giving so good services.
Staff behaviour is good 👍 …
The staffs are very polite in nature,,,, Priyanshi di is wo sweet in nature,,,, always talk politely nd always helps me
Gave my new XUV 700 for routine/ mandatory maintenance after 1000km drive . Had noted mixed reviews about this centre. Wanted to explore myself as it's near to where I stay. I have honestly nothing to complain. Rather all wonderful words to say. Not to say others with less satisfactory reviews, mostly older reviews are wrong....may be the guys there / management have worked on the same. I give five star rating my self. Few points one needs to be careful though: 1. Take prior appointment. They're busy. 2. Place is damn congested. Better to reach before they open, about 9 am if they give appointment accordingly. I must speak specially of Miss Shalu who sits in reception and Mr Sandeep who attended to my car. I look forward to a long term relationship with the place view my car and place of stay are not going to change.
Great hospitality nd excellent service 🙂🙂 …
It was a very pleasant experience dealing with this service station. Couldn't expect more ,the staff was treating like a family. Prompt and spontaneous. If they keep up this pace I am sure they will be the no1 service station all across India 🇮🇳 keep up good job. …
Great service given Suraj Sharma good service 👍🏻 …
