Terrible place for emergency requirement. Dr.Khan asked my mother to be shifted directly to ICU. She had a case of vomiting and high BP. We asked for normal ward or some immediate treatment and she was horribly rude not just with me but with the patient. In the end i walked away with the patient without she giving anything and abnormal behaviour. They try to scare you like crazy and just want to sell off ICU treatments. So THINK BEFORE YOU GO !

The doctor’s behavior towards us was quite rude. We had planned to have the delivery at that hospital and had been referred to Dr. Shweta Lochan. Upon our arrival, the doctor’s immediate reaction to her staff was, "Have they come for the delivery?" She spoke very rudely and didn't answer our questions properly; perhaps she felt that since we had been consulting someone else previously, we shouldn't have come to her now. She dismissed us after just five minutes, telling us to return next week, without engaging in a proper conversation. A pregnant woman often has many concerns that a doctor should listen to. After experiencing this kind of behavior, we certainly won't be having the delivery done there.

Worst experience with this hospital. My mother was admitted to the ICU, and she asked the nurse for water five times, but it was not provided. When I met my mother, she asked me for water. I then asked the nurse why water had not been given. She said there was an emergency, which is why they didn’t provide it. I don’t know whether she was telling the truth or lying — and even if it was true, this is not acceptable and case of lack of planning. Admitting a patient to the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) is not a joke. What kind of “intensive care” is this if you cannot provide a basic necessity like water? Water should always be placed near the patient, but here the situation was the opposite. As per Dr. Aftab, he told me that the attendant should provide water, not the hospital staff. Seriously? What can you expect from a hospital that cannot even provide basic facilities like water? Either he is not aware of the process or need some trainings. Such shameful behavior. I am truly disappointed with his words. 😞

My mother is a known case of ILD, and recently had a bout of flu. She got really sick, and all of the hospitals we went to refused to even admit her, saying that she was too sick!! Then someone told me about Jeevan Jyoti hospital. They immediately admitted my mother in the ICU, and also told me, in detail, about my mother's actual condition. Regular updates were given, and that too by the treating Pulmonologist( Dr Anirudh lochan). My mother required NIMV( BIPAP), and i was amazed that this hospital( its not a huge corporate hospital) had the latest Resmed machines. I was kept informed of the ongoing treatment. When her KFT for deranged, the treatment was modified. Needless to say, my mother improved. And now she is back home, albeit on oxygen inhalation( which she was on even before, and her requirement is back to where it was before she fell sick). My heartfelt gratitude to the doctors and staff of the ICU. You are doing a good job. Please keep it up. P.S.: I have also read a few of the negative reviews that you guys have got. Dont let such reviews pull you down!!

Review: "The dialysis technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. They explained the procedure clearly, maintained proper hygiene, and ensured the patient's comfort throughout the dialysis session. Their behaviour was polite and supportive, making the overall experience smooth and reassuring. Highly recommended." Sanjay gupta

Meri mummy ka accident ho gaya tha pass mein yahi hospital tha to hum yaha aa gaye unko le kar hum log ne treatment ke liye bola to wo log pehle paise mangne lage maine ye bhi bola ke aap treatment shuru karo mere husband raste mein hai wo aa rahe hai to main paise pay kr dungi lekin unhone bina paise ke kuch nhi kiya. Or dusri baar dressing karwane ke liye nurse ko bola to unhone sun ke ansuna kar diya hamari baat to koi sun hi nahi raha tha sab yaha se waha bhag rahe the apni masti mein the bohot hi bekar staff hai yaha ke.

This hospital is extremely pathetic, and the staff is even worse. They have no basic manners or professionalism. The way they talk to patients and their family members is rude, threatening, and completely unacceptable. Patients are scared and intimidated instead of being cared for. There is absolutely no concern for the patient unless money is being paid continuously. As long as payments are made, treatment goes on, but if the payment is delayed even by one hour, their behavior changes completely. They start speaking badly and disrespectfully to the patient’s family. There is no proper care, no empathy, and no accountability. Overall hygiene and management are also very poor. In my experience, the worst person in this hospital is Dr. Waseem. This hospital is a complete waste of time and money. Strongly not recommended.

This is not a good hospital. They add unnecessary charges to the bill, and the staff is also not cooperative. We have to repeatedly ask the staff for the same thing, and the patient’s treatment is also not handled properly. There are frequent arguments among the staff at the reception. Also, whenever we get any tests done here, the prices are not mentioned on the reports. We only receive the details of all the charges after discharge, which is very inconvenient and lacks transparency. We had a patient here whom we decided to discharge. We were told to collect the complete file and medical book the next day because, according to them, they did not have enough staff available. Overall, the hospital’s management, staff coordination, billing transparency, and patient care need significant improvement.
