that one has to sleep on the sofa at night to stay with icu patient and the people get irritated, to the moskito at night, I’ll tell staf lot of time but they speak badly, no one cares
It was a very soothing experience overall for my mother’s recovery .. would recommend to get admitted here if needed. The staff like the nurses and attendants along with doctors wede very supportive and helpful. I was in room no 253
The rooms are quite well organised, clean and spotless. Nurse (Monika), who was assigned to our patient in room 243 b, was quite approachable to the patient and answering all doubts of patient's guardian and vigilantly taking care of the patient.
Pathetic person (Mayank) deployed at the Reception. He doesn't know how to talk with patient & specially with women... I think 0% training given to them by the Sehgal Hospital. Such a rude behaviour & mannerless staff deployed at reception.. Hospital truly needs to provide strict instructions & training regarding Public dealing with soft skills. (No Complaints for Hospital & Doctors)
This hospital is very good and affordable.Their doctors and nursing staffs are very polite and commendable. Highly recommended.
The overall satisfaction of the patient was really good. The nurse and housekeeping staffs for 355A were really polite and always kept a smiling face
Both of my daughters are born here. It has improved now a lot. Doctors and staff are very good in behaviour. Neat and clean hospital. My experience there second time was much better than the first time.
