Best hospital in Dilshad Garden and in nearby areas. They have almost every facility which should be in a hospital. Dialysis staff, Mr. Jai Prakash and Mrs. Kajal are very skilled and perfect in their work. Behaviour of doctors are very good, specially Dr. Anirudh and Dr. Prashant. 😊

They ask you to pay an advance amount in cash before admitting the patient to the hospital. After the patient is discharged, they say they will refund the remaining money by cheque. However, even after the discharge, they keep delaying the refund. They make excuses such as, "The director is not available today," or "The concerned person is on leave." They keep making you wait instead of returning your money. Don't go there for any treatment.

We admitted our son, Heyansh, at Jeevan Jyoti Hospital, Dilshad Garden. Overall, our experience was positive, mainly due to the outstanding nursing care. The nursing staff is the hospital’s biggest strength. A special and heartfelt mention to Mrs. SANI Ji...she is truly a gem. Extremely polite, compassionate, and motherly in her approach. My son became very comfortable with her, and both my wife and I felt genuinely supported and reassured during the stay. Nurses like her define what patient care should look like. Medical expenses are reasonable compared to many private hospitals in Delhi and can be considered mildly positive. We stayed in a deluxe room. While the room itself was acceptable, the washroom condition needs improvement. I would rate the washroom 5/10. That said, the cleaning staff deserves appreciation,,,they were prompt, polite, and maintained cleanliness to the best extent possible. The canteen staff is cooperative and well-mannered, but the food quality and packaging are below average and need improvement. The reception experience could be better, particularly in terms of coordination and communication. Other observations: No dedicated car parking facility No visible security arrangement for your car, which can be concerning for attendants. Conclusion: I would highly recommend Jeevan Jyoti Hospital for its nursing staff, who provide care with empathy and sincerity. With improvements in washroom maintenance, food quality, reception handling, parking, and security, the hospital has strong potential to offer a much better overall patient experience.
